Order was very well managed at the…
Order was very well managed at the start and explained that one item was out of stock, however it arrived earlier than promised just a few days later instead of weeks later, so that was great. Technical support was very good when I had an issue with one camera, but not quite the excellence of previous years. In the end the Axis IP Utility software needed to be the latest version to have the admin rights in Windows 10 to work properly, but it took 90 mins for me to discover that myself as the software did not tell me that!

Excellent Knowledge of the industry and was able to supply a suitable camera for my needs at extremely short notice.
Technical team helped tremendously with setting up the camera, and were available to assist in setting up the camera on numerous occasions at short notice.
