I have to say that Newitts are always excellent in customer service!

I ordered the wrong item. I realised my error and called Newitts straight away. I spoke to a lovely lady called Julie who processed the refund right away & I ordered the correct item. The item also arrived very quickly a couple of days before the expected delivery date.

Recently purchased the new age indoor kurling set and numbered target for a welcome space I volunteer at. Two days after placing my ordered everything arrived nicely boxed up. Sadly when I unpacked the numbered target it had a 3 inch tear in it. I emailed Newitts the same day with pictures of the tear. I received a lovely email the following day,apologising for the damaged item and said that another target would be posted out ASAP. Two days later I received the replacement target and happy to report was in perfect condition. Would totally recommend Newitts for great customer service response and fantastic quick delivery.

The courier caused a delivery problem but Julie at Newitts was amazing, really helpfdul and personal attention along with fantastic communication.

Prices are very good compared to others. After, placing an order additional items caught my eye. I utilised the chat function to see if it was possible to merge the potential new purchase with the one made 20mins prior to avoid paying the delivery charge twice. Great service from Julie R received outlining the steps I needed to do this.

I had already had a quote from Exigo on the dip station, but Newitts were a little cheaper including delivery by about £50 so being a bit price sensitive at the time I went with Newitts, at the end of the day it was still Exigo it just doesn't have the logo painted on for some reason. The service was very efficient I had to wait six weeks for the item to be made and be delivered, as was explained on the website , all in smooth and efficient. I would recommend Newitts to anyone else, and may be buying something else soon myself.

Not Nike approved stockist so no guarantee with their products. Shockingly bad service. Bought 3 pairs of the same Nike trainers from them and when 1 of the trainers ankle supports came through the fabric I returned it to them only for them to accuse me of "force being applied to the back of the shoe, when putting them on". The Nike trainers were only about 3-4 months old and only used for walking. Do not buy from Newitts.

Had a problem with a product, but the problem was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Which leaves me to believe this company is safe and trustworthy to use.

I contacted you about some Nike footballs that kept deflating. Within the same day, you had replied and issued me with new football. They were delivered that week.
