Best customer experience ever! My son received a Nike training coat for Xmas and the zip was faulty. The Newitss team couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond. With one phone call (that went straight through!) and one email it was all resolved! I had the replacement within 48 hours!! On top of that, sadly the replacement was still not suitable and the Nrwitss team again were completely understanding and we were able to return without any quibbles. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough…truly put their customers at the heart of what the do. Thank you!!

Poor customer service from Diana Arundale and she's been at the company since 2001 apparently and she still don't know how to deal with customer service, it don't surprise me as she's well over her pension age in the early 50's, she doesn't have at least some sympathy for us paying customer as in myself that has purchase items online from their Newitt store leaving me with stress to get this sorted, the company refused to file my refund even when I sent in proof for the past two weeks us conversing back and fourth via email, they don't want to believe you done something, it's all about them, Diana A needs to retire after 23 years, same muddy job, same people, same attire, bad service, haven't move on to anything better, it's a shame, what a waste of space....Hand the customer service to someone else love who can manage the job...
They have managed to sent my refund in the end today when I was just about to file in motion for negligence under the consumer rights with Newitts, whole company is a joke for a item I've returned back in perfect condition under their refund policy to get back crap customer service (Newitts) is unbelievable absurd in the year 2024 going forward!

There was a problem with the delivery - I couldn't get hold of FedEx so I contacted Newitts and they were efficient in sorting the problem and the goods were successfully delivered the next day. Excellent customer service.

Julie in Customer support handled our issue superbly, quite a complex issue with a batch of footballs, kept us informed of the possible outcomes all the way through , and dealt with the issue very well . Newitts really are very good at after sales support . Would recommend them to anyone looking for team sports gear , its not always about the price ....

Nothing was an issue, even when I made a mistake on my delivery address, more than helpful, and replied quickly to all my correspondence, and they were more than happy to cover the re-shipping cost.
10 out of 10 from me.
