I don't often write reviews but when you get a sales person like Ryan he deserves to know that his customer service , patience and knowledge lead to my partner and I buying a beautiful caravan which we are so happy with. Ryan went above and beyond . The whole experience went smoothly and we are both very happy . Thanks Ryan. Definitely a gold star !

We personally cannot fault Newport Caravans - we are relatively new to caravaning (4 months) and bought our first one from here. No pushy salesmen and no pressure to buy - which is just how it should be. Bought our dream caravan and they threw in everything we needed as new caravaners. Been back as we had a water leak on our first time out - loose connection which was fixed with no quibble. Going back again in September for some remedial paint work that started blistering over a repair. All under their 12 month no quibble guarantee. As such we will be looking to buy a new unit over the winter period from them. Honestly we cannot fault them at all. Thanks all. 👍😘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Wasted a month trying to confirm order and book fitting date for VB 4c full air suspension. Initial response seemed good but no response to multiple phone calls and email reminders to get order confirmed. Have now taken business elsewhere.

Purchased a used caravan in January 2026 have experienced a few issues along the way which Newport Caravans straight on and repairs done. We ourselves lost faith in the caravan with ongoing issue after issue (no fault of anyone's just the caravan doing what caravans do) and they have actually switched our van for a replacement higher spec different model which we were happy to accept. Nothing is ever to much for them sales and after sales is brilliant

We’ve decided to update our review to 5 stars because, overall, the experience of buying our caravan from Newport Caravans was genuinely excellent.

A huge thank you to Scott Jeffries, who was fantastic throughout the whole sales process, and to Mark, whose handover and demonstration were absolutely brilliant — honestly, that part was 10 stars for us. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made buying our dream caravan feel really special.

We did have an issue afterwards with the water pump, which unfortunately returned after we were told it had been repaired. Newport Caravans did try to contact us and discuss it, but by then we had already left Wales and were back in Sussex, so practically it made more sense for us to sort it locally.

Perhaps if we lived closer, the aftercare experience may have been different, and we hope this side continues to improve.

But we didn’t want that one issue to take away from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Scott and Mark absolutely deserve the 5 stars, and we are incredibly happy with our caravan.

I can only describe my dealings with Newport Caravans as shocking. We bought a brand-new motorhome from them last year, but it was delivered to us damaged and dirty.
We later took it back for warranty repairs, and the quality of the work carried out was disgraceful. White silicone sealant has been smeared everywhere – inside the motorhome, all over the bike rack, on the habitation door, and underneath the vehicle. We were told a metal section was being fitted, but instead it looks as though someone has simply covered everything in sealant.
The motorhome is only one year old, yet it now looks like it's 15 years old underneath because of the poor workmanship. It now has to go to another Elddis dealer to rectify the problems that Newport Caravans have caused.
The customer service has been just as disappointing as the repairs. It starts at the top and filters down through the company. No one seems to care, and throughout this whole experience we have been made to feel like a nuisance rather than valued customers.
Buying a new motorhome should be an exciting experience, but ours has been nothing but stress and disappointment. I would not recommend Newport Caravans based on our experience.

Newport caravans what can I say except what a absolute pleasure to deal with Ryan macey and the team go above and beyond to make sure your happy never anything a problem and always a call away if you encounter any problems with your new caravan we purchased a 2021 swift adventure and it was in fantastic condition when we looked at it and there was a couple of little marks nothing really noticeable Ryan straight away had it in and done the marks and now it looks brand new inside and out we are over the moon with it and cant wait to enjoy many seasons to come i will definitely be coming back to NEWPORT CARAVANS the home of affordable caravaning in the future absolute pleasure thank you all once again 5 stars isn't enough

We went to Newport Caravans looking for a tourer after selling our camper. They have bent over backwards to help us and get us set up in our first tourer. Ryan has gone above and beyond even when dealing with a very cautious buyer, he has the patience of a saint. I got nothing but good things to say about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Newport caravans! As a family we went to visit them last weekend, the kids were kept entertained in their massive warehouse & toy corner whilst we could shop around. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
We walked away with a new caravan with the help of Ben in sales & Mark doing our handover, both of which were total gents, so helpful.

Bought yet another motorhome from Newport Caravans today.
My wife and I have been dealing with them ever since they opened. We have always had fabulous service from everyone involved. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

We’ve been customers of Newport Caravans since 2014. We’ve always had good service from them. Most recently the service/bodyshop department went out of their way to find a problem with our motorhome Victron (12V/24V) system and they did not give up until they found the problem and the solution. Special mention to Owen, Martin and the two Marks etc.

If I could rate Zero, I would.
Motorhome went in for some warranty work on the inside. I emptied just about everything to make their life easier, and made sure the interior was looking like new, as it always is.
However, the condition i received it back, was appalling. The Inside was beyond dirty. Marks on the seats, dust in places I didn't know possible. Curtains were filthy. Im not nieve, I knew it was going to be a messy (ish) job, but when you are dealing with someone else's pride and joy, I dont think a little respect is too much to ask for.
My wife was so upset upon seeing it, it took days for her to calm down.
I called Newport Caravans and was told someone would call me back ASAP. That was 10 days ago.
Its cost me over £300 now to.get it professionally cleaned.

Never again!!

I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible experience we’ve had with Newport Caravans Ltd, particularly their **Bodyshop Department**. From start to finish, the level of service, care, and genuine customer focus has been absolutely outstanding.

A special shoutout to Owen, Warren & Mark L – true professionals who clearly take pride in what they do. And I have to mention Mark M, their MD, whose hands-on approach and willingness to get involved personally is a rare and refreshing quality. It honestly felt like we had stepped back into a time when customers really mattered (remember those days?!).

We had an issue with our motorhome — something that had either come from the manufacturer or possibly the original dealer. We hadn’t even realised it was an actual problem, thinking it was simply how the vehicle was designed. But the team at Newport Caravans thought otherwise. They listened carefully, took the time to understand our concerns, and were determined to find the best outcome for us.

At one point, three of them were under the vehicle — including Mark M himself — because they weren’t happy with how it looked. They asked us to leave it with them a little longer so they could properly investigate and resolve it. Long story short – they fixed everything without a single bit of stress on our part.

Their work is first-class, pricing is very competitive, and the overall attitude across the board is simply exceptional. I truly feel like I’ve found my forever place for anything I need in the future — whether it’s upgrades, servicing, or warranty work. Huge thanks also to Stuart at the Service Desk, who was our first point of contact and set the tone for everything that followed.

Let’s not forget their Accessories Shop either – it’s well-stocked and far too tempting every time I visit!

If you’re looking for honesty, skill, and customer service that goes above and beyond, look no further. Newport Caravans is in a league of its own.
