Good at making a descent game garbage at making a functional website. Even linking accounts and going threw 20 other steps like two factor authentication it still wont let you login to send a support ticket to report a bug. All you get is "invalid user". No other company ive delt with on the planet has this issue. Entire support team/website designer whoever is the problem needs replaced or trained better.

Just a shit company. Who ever spend a dime with them is just brainless. why would u spend money on a sht company who doesn't even care about it's player. Honestly I hope they brankrupt soon.

You'll get banned for no reason other than being reported, how beautiful a system in which the GM's have their thumbs up their --- They'll claim toxic behavior over the smallest thing you could be nice but god forbid you ever stand up for yourself or try to lead a party. People on this game are snowflakes and whiny and want to see people fail for no other reason then to satisfy their sick idea of being a Karen.

This is why 96% of the reviews here are 1 star. Get your crap together Nexon. I grew up playing Nexon games now I am an adult and you still don't have it together.

This company doesn't deserve players money. Played the game from time to time for over the decade. Bunch of bugs and 0 helpful communication with players.

You will have a terrible time playing Nexon games so I would suggest spend your valuable time and money on another company's games. Don't torture yourself with this awful company.

I'm a British Citizen & as such I'm getting sick of the Americanised version of English being pushed as English, it's no where near English, English as a whole is a language built up of other Languages essentially of European Origin, us Brits Spell words like Favourite, Colour & Honour, Centre, Theatre & Metre, Customise, Socialise & Personalise with a U, RE or ISE due to their French Origin, spelling things the American way but having British people doing the dialogue & what not is Disrespectful to all those countries plus people of the past that helped to create it, Americans have no respect for the Languages meaning, English (England), American English plus Pidgin, American English is a Fraction of what actual English is, Companies like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, x (Twitter) will never understand!! people need to respect Countries, Cultures, History & most importantly their Languages as they're the most important parts of any Country!!

this company is so awful at handling everything and not to mention doesnt care about the community, customers and players who are playing the game!! and doesnt hear any complaints if there is problems! not to mention its only goal is ''Money, money money'' like a greedy they are!! this company should shutdown permenantly!

Terrible customer service, I have had account issues with TFD, raised a ticket ages ago and had nothing back.
Terrible company. Will not be playing another game from them or spending money on another game ever again.

Nexon banned my account. They won't explain why. The last thing that happened was my 2 year old was messing with my computer, when I returned my account was banned.

1 star due to customer service not explaining what they saw on their end, and have yet to unban an account I have had for over 7 years.

I requested for my refunding back three weeks ago (successfully) through the name on title and the account is still open but hell no I will put my money on it again….

V4 is a good game but again nexon company seems to make it trash..they aim to ask for money like poor people then dont give you good support..Nexon is a bunch of Trash idiot people who dont know how to read and just send you a bunch of robot replays when you try to send them messages regarding their mistakes.they send you the same "we understand your frustrations" "We will send this to our Game Team" "We will send this to our Development Department" Bull Crap responses...they are robots and monkey's working at their computers and they dont even know how to fix their own games.They make a new patch..they new patch has bugs...you try to tell them and they say some dum stuff like,"we under your frustration but dont have the tool to fix this issue" How cant you fix it? Its YOUR PATCH..YOUR GAME..YOU MADE THE GAME! Trash support and crappy people.this is not even a 1 start company..its a 0 star company.Everyone let each other know to stop spending money on these games...its not worth it.trust me it's really not.

This company has games like others that use pay to win aspects for their games, if you ever played an old mobile game like Celtic Heroes, Clash Royale etc. then you would understand the practice they go for in their games.
Now imagine Dark and Darker under their control, thats like giving Battlefront 2 to EA instead of letting a company like IronMace (small studio with talented people) to have full control and great community interaction to improve the game based off of popular demand. It goes without saying that you shouldn't trust a company that uses bad practice in a thriving industry with millions of consumers, by now, we can identify the worst of worst and Nexon is no exception.
