Worst company in the world
Worst company in the world, they set gacha system in their games then shut them down to make a big profit before discontinuing their service it'0s a money sucker machine and they refund you with their e-currency THAT you are forced to spend in their games , but after such experience who would ever play their games? they shutted down MapleStory2 after a promised big patch announced while in maintenance they came up with ' good bye we're closing the game' and you wont get your money back.
Transferring NX to new account.
I was new to Maplestory (2008 player but returning after 10 years on a new account) and spent money on an account in which I wasted my event boosts on classes I didn't like. I made a new account so I could spent the event boost on other classes that I did like and decided to ask if they could transfer the NX I purchased to my new account. They weren't difficult at all and it was handled within a day.
Staff that don't care
Staff that don't care. Misleading descriptions on items. Refuse to accept any responsibility for there mistakes and hide any proof of their wrong doings so they can get away with it.

Nexon is the most incompetent company on the face of this earth. Their customer support is more of a way for their staff to assert dominance and power trip over players and don't do anything to help. It's easier for support to copy and paste generic responses than try to effectively communicate and try to resolve the issue at hand with players. This company doesn't care about their players. They refuse to investigate upon new evidence given for false bans and rather simply discard you under false pretense. For all I care Nexon and it's games can go to hell as they don't regard and care for the rights of their players.
Anyone who want's to play any of their games just know that you're better off playing other games with a far better experience and greater customer support staff.

Ich habe Geld in deren game Vindictus gesteckt, sehr viel Arbeit und Nerven um meine Charaktäre zu lvn. Als ich eine Pause eingelegt hatte und nach einer Weile wieder kam, wurde mein Account gebannt und die Begründung war hacking. Keine Beweise oder sonstiges. Zu der Zeit wurden viele Accounts wegen dieses Problems gebannt. Nexon ist einfach nur der letzte Dreck. Bann ihre Kunden grundlos. Ich hatte mich im Forum dies bezüglich beschwerrt und bekam auch dort einen Bann.

This game has so many people friends with "GM" that will do anything for them (simps).
I play on my alt account fishing, no mail, no chat, no notes, no communication with anyone, just fishing. BANNED.
I ask customer support why I am banned? "we can't tell you"
I was previously banned for 7 days, then 45 days almost a week after, and now it's turned into 90 days within a week of getting unbanned. The issue is, the timer for the ban is 40 days, not 90, so clearly, it's from a past ban that was about 50 days ago.
This being said - THEY WILL BAN YOUR ACCOUNT IF THEIR FRIENDS ASK (EVEN WITHOUT ANY CAUSE), AND CHANGE YOUR BAN TIME AFTER BEING UNBANNED.
yeah yeah, TOS states account is theirs. It's still bad practice, and quite frankly, fu***d.

The support is among the worst you have ever seen regardless of how open or friendly your approach is as a customer you have to lick their feet to get even a response which is then "I am not at liberty to speak on this matter." which is the corporate way of telling someone to go F themselves.

You can say what you want about companies like EA/ubisoft/activision etc... But as far as i'm aware, at least they dont lock out entire countries from their games.. They literally just locked out the Netherlands completely from the game by making it so that nobody inside the Netherlands can use the market anymore, vindictus was already a stupidly punishing game because of one of the worst RNG systems out of every video game there is.. But to lock us out completely from one of the biggest parts of the game has made the game to be completely unplayable... Endgame gearing? Forget about it, it will not happen.. All because Nexon is to dumb to implement easy solutions by making gacha items bound, they can't even use 1% of their brains to properly read anti gambling laws.. Buying/selling items at set prices at the market IS NOT F****** GAMBLING YOU MORONS... There's a massive difference between gambling and buying/selling items to other players at set prices... How the fk are people from the Netherlands supposed to be buying items to craft gear with due the market being completely locked? Right.. They aren't... At the end of the day, Nexon doesn't care.. They give 0 fks.. They rather just go with cheap coding to save money that they can spend on big titty waifu/anime characters and all the overpriced gacha (200 euros for outfits up to 300-500 for wings is stupid) garbage that they come with for maximum profit.. It takes them years upon years to create a single male character and when they finally do that, a few weeks later they already announce the next upcoming big titty female character... All Nexon cares about is getting as much profit as they can from oversexualized female characters and literally nothing else, they don't give a single fk about anything else besides that.. Engine upgrades? forget it.. Actual bug fixes that cut down your damage? Forget about it.. Making a vindictus 2 with upgraded engine/graphics etc? Forget about it.. And you know what the hilarious part is? That i can STILL buy gacha crap trough their supply depot.. So not only did they fk over several entire countries, but they are STILL BREAKING THOSE GAMBLING RULES.... I hope one day, just one day.. That Nexon get's sued into oblivion and are forced to either sell their games to a studio that actually cares or that everything they own just completely burns down to the ground.. That everything they own get's completely shutdown.. I've wasted 10-11 years of my life in a game from a company that has done their absolute best to fk me over every single time and i'm tired of it.

I quit game and will not be back. Please spread the word that NEXON allows people to be racist and use slurs in chat to intimidate new players to leave server.

The worst mobile game publisher EVER. If you check the Google Play Library, you won't see a single big name mobile game in their line up (apart from Maplestory). Why? Because any game they get their grubby greedy hands on would be lucky to even last an entire year before they shut it down after a quick cash grab run. After closure, it's rinse and repeat. Makes you wonder how this piece of trash is still around.

While NEXO is evaluating on Ripple’s lawsuit which means NEXO has not completed evaluation yet but they took the action first, Nexo has suddenly suspended XRP trading without any notification to the client. Based on their legal terms on NEXO homepage, they need to notify to the client for digital assets suspending, but they did not notify this to the client and just removed XRP button on the UI without any notification, and it causes the big damage to the clients' assets. I tried to sell my XRP before crash but NEXO system does not allow me, but they sold my digital asset at very low price 0.21, 0.19, 0.167 for auto-payment to loan when LTV hit 83%. They keep asking me to add more digital assets to stay LTV under 83%. Now NEXO says they can change the terms any time without any notification. Here is email from NEXO regarding legal terms on Notice. This is fraud.

I had NEVER heard of this Company…
I had NEVER heard of this Company before, well until yesterday (09/01/2020) morning when 7 unauthorised transactions were made to my debit card within 10:07am-10:17am.
4 were for $107.25, 3 were for $53.63 totaling $589.89!
Those transactions were not authorized, I was hoping it was some type of error.. But the transactions went from 'Pending' to 'Cash Purchases' by 11pm..
Nexon doesn't have any customer service options at all, I've tried anything & everything possible to reach someone ALL DAY..
Every email address & phone number I could find..
Not a single answer, Nothing!
$589.89 may not be much to them but chump change but to me & mine that $589.89 is what keeps a roof over our heads!!

Absolute worst customer service in the history of anything.
You ask them any question, anything at all pertaining to account recovery and they just slap you with the same copy paste responses over and over.
They don't even read what you ask, just slap that CTRL+V right in your face.
IF, and IF you get lucky and one person actually reads it, you'll quickly have your ticket handed off to another person waiting in the shadows to slap that CTRL+V in your face completely disregarding any progress.
I mean seriously, I just want to inquire about recovering my original account, and they literally ignore what I ask of them and immediately ask me to provide information that I could provide if I could just narrow down which account I need to provide information for.
But no, they clearly don't have time nor concern for their playerbase.

Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost, I have experienced a discontinuation of a game. Before the discontinued the game they introduced a lucrative gacha system for 3 months. Even in the month that they knew the game would shut down, the system continued without informing the players.
Nexon did refund players, but in their e-currency. So you can only spend it on their other games, something that you did not spend it on to begin with. Most unethical gamer move of the century.
Beware of Game Closures
Be warned... if you have Prepaid and Credit NX sitting in your account to use for a specific game. Nexon will not refund you if they decide to shut down the only game you play. They will profit from a game closure by keeping your money and not issuing refunds. Do not play any of their games, they are not supportive during game closures.
