We had a really informative presentation from NIBE on their heat pump solutions. The presentation was clear, engaging and easy to understand, giving us a great insight into how heat pump technology works and its benefits.

Daryl from NIBE visited and all was well
Daryl from NIBE visited and told me that he would look after our heat pump from now on as he is the service technician for our area. He as polite and very knowledgeable, even offering to investigate the operation of our heat pump with our Mixergy cylinder, since they don’t seem to play well together. Daryl advised that we adjust the angle of the magnetic filter to improve operation although everything was fine so far. The report arrived and was very detailed and it gives confidence of another trouble-free year of heat pump operation.

Five-star service from Daryl—an absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable engineer! He came out for our annual service and was exceptional. It is incredibly rare to find someone who possesses such high-level expertise but can also explain things so simply, patiently, and kindly. I was feeling a little unsure about our heating system, but Daryl completely put me at ease and answered all of my questions brilliantly. He is undoubtedly one of the most knowledgeable engineers out there and a massive credit to his company. Exceptional work and highly recommended!

Daryl came to do the annual service of our ground source heat pump this week. Everything about the service was excellent. He was polite and efficient and importantly explained in detail some aspects of the functioning of the pump that I was unclear about.

Daryl did the annual service on our AS heat pump today. Good communication before arrival, easy to have around in the house, ran through everything with us regarding our set up and recommended any changes he thought we might benefit from in terms of efficiency and running costs to suit our particular situation.
