We booked a family suite for 5pax and…
We booked a family suite for 5pax and it says breakfast included. When we arrived there, we were asked to pay after we had our breakfast. Contacted hotels.com about it, they made a mistake by writing breakfast is included. But disappointing that they don’t want to do a refund or compensate anything for it. They just want you to accept and move on. Found out that booking directly to the hotel & paying for the breakfast is even cheaper than booking with hotels.com & being ask for extra payment for breakfast when they said it is supposed to be included. 👎🏻

The price differanse for booking direct with the hotel and with you was minimal! What you did not explain ,was that the hotel offerd breakfast included in their price, you had removed breakfast from your price to make it look better! So for two persons and 3 days I had to pay 210 euro extra for breakfast!
