Paul and Hammi helped me out as I was returning a vehicle it was close to closing, they happily processed my van and processed me a new hire van. Quality service with a smile.

I would like to give this comment a 5 star rating. For work carried out on my van . From entering the reception to leaving they made me feel very comfortable. While I waited . For work to be done . Excellent service from one day to the next we use NG as one of our most used hire companies for Sandwell councils fleet, easy to talk to and understand procedures, very friendly delivery service couldn't ask for more.

Seriously how poor is this company
Ok so have service completed the n drive a week ago and they tell me I need 3 new tyres and to book them in. I book them in through them for 0830 appointment at their location. I’m sat here now 0915 while Chemix auto centre is trying to get approval for tyres to be done. The van is still waiting to start the change. Northgates process is absolutely crazy and I would tell people to avoid at all cost. Why tell me I need 3 new tyres then waste my time arguing over it with tyre company of their own choice. Why book appointment 0830 when they never start any tyre fittings before 9am as per the words from Chemix. What a waste of my time on a Saturday when I do not have much spare time available. Seriously what a joke. Ok so 51mins later and approved now they are saying upto an hour before complete. 2hrs of my life I won’t get back. A total joke 😡😡😡
