From start to finish excellent service. I needed urgent work done on my sprinter motorhome, the team at Northside got the job done in no time. Got the van I wanted and got a pretty good deal for the high specification and it is a great improvement on my previous vehicle. The sales staff have been very helpful and I have no intention of going anywhere else to buy a new van.

Brand new sprinter motorhome
Brand new sprinter motorhome, on the A1 van pulls along side me tells me there something wrong with indicators, pulled in indicate left and rear right came on and vice versa snag is the front ones are normal difficult at junctions with front and rear working opposite to each other. Called Jo at York Northside she said bring it in we will have a look, arrived told them the problem expected a couple of weeks wait, No took it straight in workshop found the problem the rear wiring had been connected in reverse from Mercedes in Germany. So I’ve driven for 680 miles with the fault having had the wife check them before not really asking which one is on just happy they worked Gavin the manager also said there is a recall but they will do that as well all under the warranty no problem..The point is this branch took it all on without any problems and straight away.. Thanks guys and Merry Christmas sorted. Recommended pity I live down south would have used for services. 👍

Poor communication
Was told I would be advised that my vehicle was in the workshop, ( wasn’t) I had to chase first night and 3 hours next day for quote.
Work was done ( although removed parts not left in van) bill included winter check! Battery died next day, still unsure why, as far as I can see also final recall not sorted?
For price paid would expect constant calls from you, not me chasing.
Not a very happy person, vans off the road I’m not earning. Theses are business vehicles and should be treated and respected that way
