Have bought numerous item from Oak Furniture Hut and all have arrived undamaged. The products have all been of good quality.

Really happy with our recent purchase of a chest of drawers. Product is excellent quality and what I expected. Was an extremely heavy item and the delivery driver helped us to get it upstairs (not sure if linked to oak furniture hut or not!) Only criticism would be that was a bit of a delay in getting the item from what website advised to expect but not a big issue. Overall, happy customer!

Very pleased with this drum table. Good quality wood and lovely finish.

My wife and I are very happy with our oak display case and the price seemed reasonably competitive. However, the item arrived in a massive box weighing 88kgs. and the delivery personnel just placed it in the middle of our lounge. Information on the side of the box stated the item would need to be returned in the original packaging if found to be damaged in any way, a literally impossible task. Fortunately the item was undamaged but I needed help from family members to unpack and position it. Despite the above, very happy with the quality of this product.

I ordered a jodphur tv stand at the end of March 2022 and unfortunately someone beat me to the last one meaning I had a wait of a what turned out to be a few months. This wait was due the issues around imports etc being experienced around the world and whilst a bit exasperating it was just one of those things i guess. Finally the item arrived in the UK and Preet kept me informed of what was going on. Despite a couple of delivery hiccups which I believe were not the fault of Oak Furniture hut i finally reciprocated the tv stand and I am delighted with it. Great quality and really well made and packaged very well too. Thank you for looking after me Preet and thank you for putting up with my emails too

There is only one thing that is that 2 of the chairs have a lump under the seat cover that she’s threw it’s like if a stone is underneath and poking through but other than that I am very happy with the guality

After placing my order and having it confirmed there was no contact and I had to ask when I could expect delivery because I believed items where in stock . Another odd thing they put "Order Completed "on their website once item is passed to delivery company . I think this is poor practice as order is not completed until purchaser has the items and is satisfied the goods match their description. Also noted that units said solid oak there not. Drawer fronts are but rest is stained pine .
