Product was cheap and nasty and not the same colour as the picture. Of course you have to pay return shipping costs to china !! Avoid the company at all costs.

I ordered a wall clock for our lounge,from OakSoho, on 25th August 2026. The reason I ordered this from the Company, was that I was unable to find what we wanted in stores locally. Also, we wanted a wooden surround to compliment our oak doors. It needed to have a second hand, be silent and without Roman numerals. I looked on the Internet and this clock stood out, particularly because it was available in 3 sizes and we opted for the larger size. The clock arrived on 11th September, which made it a rather slow delivery, being used to Amazon's next day delivery. I was sent emails with updates but I was rather bemused by some of locations parcel was at times. I was relieved when it cleared customs and I could track on Royal Mail that it was finally in the country (London) then to a sorting office in my county of Kent and eventually a local sorting office and then delivered to me that day. After ordering the clock I became concerned by bad reviews of company, citing long delays, damaged or wrong items and when I realised the item seemed to be coming from China, whereas the contact address was in Leicester. At one point I did try to phone the telephone number given on the website, without success. Panic set in. I'd paid about £65 for the clock, more than I'd normally pay. I thought the company would have the clock in stock, possibly imported from somewhere like Norway. I did then email the company with my concerns and at one time did threaten to contact 'Rip off Britain ' if my item did not turn up by 10th September. I received a couple more reassuring emails then from OakSoho and then, as I was able to follow the tracking on Royal Mail, letting me know the parcel was near, I was very happy and when the parcel arrived, I tentatively opened the parcel and was so relieved that our clock was in 1 piece and just as depicted on the website. It had been wrapped carefully in plenty of bubble wrap, then in a box wrapped with more bubble wrap and in regular plastic wrapper. Something also to mention is that, on looking closely, at Return procedures, it said you'd need to return any unwanted items to an address in China, at your own cost. Although it assured that you wouldn't have to pay postage, if the item was faulty, broken, etc. You would have to send a photo of the damaged item to the company, within 48 hours of receiving it though. I have given 4 stars because of the longer than normal wait.

Just received the outdoor table caddy. It looks nothing like the sales photo. It is smaller, made of thinner timber and not possible to secure the upper tray as in the sales photo. It is also a different shape and has two very shallow condiment trays as opposed to the four of reasonable depth in the photo. This was purchased as a gift for a friend but we will be too embarrassed to actually give it.I will be applying for a refund as incorrect/inferior goods have been supplied.

Please don’t trust this site!

I’m so disappointed in myself for falling for it. Yes, it’s looks great, but all is not what it seems. If you’re not happy with what you receive ( I wasn’t with two out of my three items) you have to return it to China at your own expense. Who is going to do that? One item had blue felt tip pen all over it which could only be removed with nail varnish remover and a cotton bud. The second item, a minimalist wooden vase with test tube, was shown in their pictures as being about 12 inches high. The reality was it was as high as my index finger. I paid £20 for it, you’d have got a better one in Pound Stretchers for £2. My final item was a digital alarm clock which I’ve yet to get going. I’m not holding my breath.

Should have read the reviews! Spent a lot of time looking for a new beige door mat, this looked to be what I was after, right size, colour and thickness. It arrived today after what felt like ages... well what a disappointment (to put it nicely) the quality is awful, so thin (the photos show a nice thickness), the backing is completely different (a nice rubber back on the photo, you just get the back of the top material), it doesn't even roll flat so I wouldn't even be able to use at the front door. The stitching around the outside is white (not beige and seamless like the photos)
The photo advertised is completely different to what you get! I wouldn't have looked twice at the mats in a shop.
Also says based in the UK, it's not. It's China.
Waiting to hear back as I would like a refund as I did not receive what was in the photo!

Chinese dropshipper masquerading as UK based company. The mat they advertised for £40 couldn't have been worth more than £5 even in the UK, cheap rubbish. They're trying to circumvent UK law on accepting returns by providing a return address in China. Let's see what my credit card company thinks of that.

Elegant look and very comfortable

Have waited weeks to receive a Hammock that when it finally arrived was so small as to be utterly useless. It's not viable returning it as I have to absorb the courier cost. Save yourself time and money by giving these ar#eholes what The Elephant man gave his mother. A wide berth!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a sail from them, described as BEIGE, so I was expecting maybe a creamy colour, but when it arrived it was more deep orangey/peach and not suitable. I asked to return it for a refund, and they gave me an address in CHINA to sent it to! (It was despatched from the Channel Islands, I think). I asked at the Post Office and the cost would have been £30 ! almost as much as the item, so I would have paid out almost £70 with no guarantee of a refund. I feel some sleight of hand at play here, to be honest, and really wish I had read the reviews on this website first - I would never have used them.

Bought a beige doormat, took ages to arrive. It’s poor quality and thin. You can probably get one for £5 in The Range or Poundland, not pay a staggering £59.95…so be warned, it’s total rip off plus you have to pay postage to China if you want a refund. AVOID

Really played myself. Bought a doormat knowing reviews on here were poor but how bad can a door mat be?! The "beige" colour is basically completely white which is super odd for a doormat and not reflective of the picture online. Looked into returns but you have to cover the cost to return this to CHINA. Delivery was also slow as it came from China.

Was mislead into thinking it was a UK-based company from the UK address on their quite professional looking website. Actually, it’s all just junk from China. If you don’t like whatever it is you order, you will be forced to pay for return shipping to China. I complained to their customer services weeks ago after I was duped into ordering from these con artists. Still had no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had a problem with my first order but it was dealt with straight away. I am more than happy to visit again

Angled metal bracket gives a clean architectural look, but screw hole alignment allows zero tolerance during wall mounting.

Absolutely disgusting!
We ordered a ‘large’ kinetic eagle sculpture, arrives measuring 21 cm and absolutely nothing like the pic or description.
I also wish I had read the reviews first, definitely wouldn’t have placed an order.

Good communication with regular updates

I am so annoyed that I did not read the reviews before I ordered!
You will wait a long time for a product to arrive.
I thought they were based in the UK! I have just had a lamp delivered with a plug not compatible to a UK socket.
The lamp itself is cheap and plastic.
I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this Company!
