Really nice price compared to the airport, and the shuttle was nice and fast both ways, but on my return to pick up my car, as I was driving away there was a really loud banging in the back of the car, I took it to a garage and I was told the shock absorber on the right back side of the car was gone. Talked to the lady in the office, sent an email to the company, got nothing from them, not even a reply to my email. It was the first and last time I've used their service. I rather pay a bit more but be sure my car will be ok.

Appalled at the service we have just received at Oakwood. We were waiting at the drop off for over 15 minutes then to get off the bus to be spoken to like something on the bottom of my shoe. We got back to the car with 5 miles on the car (We have picture evidence) and the car is covered in mud. I hate to name and shame but feel it is important, they young woman with red hair had a go at us for opening the back doors. We apologised and she carried on claiming we were going to be fined and ‘people like you should think’ (her words). If there was a sign or a warning I could understand but my friend was just trying to help and get us off the bus as soon as possible. Her attitude was disgusting, completely unnecessary and when you are a paying customer you should not be spoken to the way she spoke to us, even another customer said to us afterwards she couldn’t believe how rude she was. Do not use, completely ruined the end of a fantastic trip and Oakwood I would recommend you ‘think’ and put up a sign.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I hate having to do this but it seems We we’re not the only ones who have experienced this. Upon arrival back to Bristol, we Called 3 times to be collected and waited 30 mins in the rain when it takes less than 5 mins to get to the airport (it was a Monday evening at 8pm and the roads were empty) only to find our car covered in mud, TOTALLY flat battery (we switched everything off so it was 100% was whoever moved it) and the guy on the front desk didn’t even know how to use the battery starter pack. Staff were lovely during the day but night time staff need to sort their attitude out and hire some new staff!! AVOID AND JUST PAY THE EXTRA £££ for onsite parking!!

Waited 45 minutes in torrential rain and wind for the bus to collect us and time wasted by bus driver having to give out keys. Why on earth don’t they employ more people. Won’t be using Oakwood again!

I have used this parking facility several times. It has been a well organised business at each use. I have just come onto the site to book again. Drivers friendly. Really recommended.

Drop off was excellent very helpful,
Return was a nightmare, web site says pick up in 3 to 5 minutes.
Left there early hours morning, wet though for over half an hour.
Extremely rude driver.
Never will use them again.....

Had a great experience and saved myself nearly £100 in the process. Honestly can't understand the negative reviews I've seen here on such ridiculous trivia such as driver not wearing a mask or being 20 minutes late. It's called a courtesy bus for a reason, and no point him wearing a mask if he's 2m away and behind a screen.
Honestly, just ignore the haters, I thought the service was great and my car was in great order when I collected it. (3rd time I've used oakwood)

Great little theme park and the staff are so pleasant. All the staff carry cleaning stuff and are constantly disinfecting everything.

The indoor play area is incredibly well manned with time slots, designated booths to sit while your children play and the workers go around disinfecting all the time. I've been to other indoor play areas and none compare to how well they manage the place with Social distancing and cleaning measures.

The doughnuts and choc sauce in the food hut by megaphobia are AMAZING!

Barely any queuing at all.

I can agree with peoples reviews where they say its outdated. It would benefit from a little TLC in places but that doesn't put us off the place at all.

We've bought annual passes!

I dont understand why theres so much negativity about the place.

We are well traveled people and have been to all the major theme parks across the world. This is tiny in comparison to others but its characterful and a lovely place for a family with young kids.

We can't wait to come back. See you soon ❤

The parking on arrival on the 6th of August was good. We arrived at 4pm and the guy who welcomed was was nice and helpful. The problem was on the way back, on the 13th of August at around 17:40. The driver from the van who picked us up was rude and was not wearing a mask. When I told him in a nice way that he should be wearing a mask he replied that he should instead leave me at the airport. It’s a shame that one individual can ruin a company. He also didn’t help anyone with bags at all, being helpful was definitely not his forte.

We parked here 13th March. At the airport told if we went we would be quarantined for 14 days due to the Coronavirus so waited along with many others for luggage to be offloaded. Returned to collect car four hours later. Have now been told no money back because we hadn’t cancelled in the time frame. Tell me how we could have done that? Usually park here at least twice a year but definitely no more.

Family went to Germany for 4 days. Used Oakwood parking. They were professional, polite, within 3 minutes of airport. Plus when we rang they sent a minibus just for three of us. They don’t wait for the minibus ‘to be full’ etc we will use them again. Especially as they are very competitively priced.

Returned from holiday late at night and with my car being white, it was covered in thick mud, as though it had been used in a rally. I've got 3 dints on the rear drivers side, as though it's been knocked. The drivers footwell was absolutely caked in mud. It also smelled of burgers which would suggest someone eating in it, I just hope they didn't use it to go and get them. Not happy as it now needs a full valet. Avoid, pay the extra for a decent place, it will save you in the long run.

I booked these people got confirmation email and a month later got an email saying cancelled booking as not operating that day

I’ve never used an airport car park service before so was abit worried about it but I used Oakwood Parking from 14th - 20th October 2019 and they couldn’t have made it any easier for me! I booked online at a way cheaper price than anywhere else, arrived at 4am, parked and checked in my car, hopped in their transport van and was in the airport within 10 minutes!
On my return at 12.30am, I called the transport which arrived as I came out of the airport and again back at the car and on the road home within minutes!
Really friendly and helpful staff, car was absolutely fine exactly how I left it so really pleased, would definitely use again and highly recommend!

This business is hostile towards its customers, they do not understand simple rules such as Politeness, Courtesy or Professionalism.
The transport was late, filthy dirty, the drivers are disrespectful and calls its customer liars when they say they have been waiting 25 minutes for the transport to turn up even though I had my calls registered.

The venue itself is muddy, poorly lit, chaotically organised at best, and is a Health & Safety nightmare, so a call to the HSE is in order.

Not the best leave the car there. First of all our car was full of mud inside, cover with some trees fluids and block by other cars on arival ! Cars are left on the unpaved field full of mud and water. Once when staff need to move your car ( and they definitelly do few times as tracker has been switched onn in our car ) your car is full of dirt after. Red phone wchich we recived on arrival has been switched off. When we back at 1.00 am in the morning nobody didn't answer. Finally bus has been arrived after contactacting with office . Office not happy and rude, shouting why you call them if u have other phone number, doesn't metter other phone not work :( I dont reccomend unfortunatelly .

30/9/2019- The guy taking us to airport at 15.30 was very pleasant and helpful, so no problems.
09/10/2019- Previously, every time late at night, the driver has brought the car keys in the minibus. So last night we expected this too, to save us a walk in the rain and dark and muddy water puddles, and there were not many people using the service at 02.30 am!! But no, the surly curmudgeonly driver sat in the van in the dry while husband ran to and from office in heavy rain- trousers covered in mud. Wasn't particularly cheap either.
never had a problem before but wouldn't want to use Oakwood again in case sane driver is there .

Absolutely effing awful!! Poor service, non-existent customer service and despite being only minutes from the airport, we had to wait 20 plus minutes (whilst the driver chain smoked 3 cigarettes!) before he finally decided It was time to go! There are far better parking companies operating from Bristol, I would suggest paying the extra to ensure a improved level of service.

My awful experience of Oakwood Parking Bristol -

Arrived around 4pm on 23/7.

There were no signs on where to park on arrival, so we parked in what we thought was a correct space only to be told by someone this was wrong. Handed keys over which was okay however the building you hand them into was incredibly run down. Waited and got on to a mini-bus, the mini-bus driver was nothing short of a disgrace. Every time the Oakwood parking phone rang he would be making inappropriate comments to women and would even be picking his phone up whilst on the road and not using the hands-free in the bus, this made me and my girlfriend feel very unsafe whilst in the bus. Furthermore, the comments made to women by this man were horrible and made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable.

Upon collecting my car around 23:30, 1/8

Both me and my girlfriend had a takeaway coffee, the driver told us we couldn't take it on board the minibus quite rudely. He rather abruptly told us that were signs all over the minibus which said no hot drinks to be taken on-board. Upon getting on the mini-bus I could not see one sign saying no drinks so felt as though we had been lied to. Upon getting back to the parking centre, I visited the toilet, this was such a mess and made me feel sick. There was one poor man in reception with a que of 5 people, he was trying to check people in to a b and b, as well as sort car returns out. He called for one of the mini bus drivers to come and help and after at least 20 minutes I finally got served. I told the man my name, and after at least 5 minutes of looking he could not find my car keys, I asked what would happen next and he replied "not much I can do" and "its not my problem is it". Thankfully another man came and showed the other man where my car keys were, one of the men said 'oh yours is one of the f****rs that won't start". My car had just passed its MOT and just had a new battery around 4 months ago so was wondering why it would not work. I later found my car parked on an extremely steep slope, which had obviously been the reason the battery would not work. One of the men had come to help, but was constantly swearing at me and my car. I was appalled by the shocking service I had been given and will never ever be parking in one of your car parks ever again.

DO NOT EVER PARK HERE.
