OCM Business Systems Opiniones

I've bought several refurbished laptops from OCM over a number of years and all have been great. They have been accurately described and lasted many years. It is great that these laptops can be given a 2nd life.
OCM were my 1st choice when I needed another laptop recently and Jack was very helpful in narrowing down their wide selection of laptops. Once selected, our laptop was ready to collect the next day. The customer service is excellent and I'm very pleased with my latest purchase.

Great product easy ordering & payment and fast delivery . A ++ service !!

Very good laptop, nice renewed. Satisfied my expectations, and quick delivery.

Excellent product, quick, reliable delivery method, and helpful knowledgeable people on the other end of the phone when I had a query.

Easy to deal with and ultra fast delivery. Really impressed Thanks

So far so good!
The laptop looks new. It did not include MS office installed though… something to consider when you are buying your product, you will need to buy your MS office account. Delivered in 3 working days.

Laptop grading is very generous, worth spending a bit extra on your refurbed laptop (very few signs of use). Well packed and shipped quick.

Shipped laptop with no SSD when it advertised 256gb then did not respond to two different communications.
Though the eBay store
ETA: This has since been sorted and a partial refund given. They were gracious and reasonable about it.

The Laptop delivered ID clean and working. It was delivered in time.

Excellent service can’t recommend them enough!

Very satisfied with OCM. I had a slight hiccup with the initial delivery of my laptop, but the OCM team resolved the issue within a 48hr window. When I received the laptop its condition was great and easy to just get going. Its clean and looks like new. The keyboard keys are in great condition and the screen and colours are in perfect working order. Very happy

Speedy and painless purchasing with delivery in crush resistance packaging to top off a great value laptop.

Cant fault the quality and delivery from OCM, although a grade B item, it looks and feels grade A. Have always purchased my laptops from OCM this is the 4th and I look no where else.

Great service and prompt delivery.

Really pleased with order process, laptop was ordered, delivered with 2 days.
