Great products and service
We ordered x12 meeting rooms chairs from Office Monster and the chairs were delivered on the requested date and are both good quality and value.
Mia was fantastic throughout the whole process from initial enquiry to the delivery and after-sales service and would encourage me to purchase through Office Monster in the future.

Great product and service
The product was initially out of stock, but great flow of information from the company on likely delivery and alternative options. Opted to take the late delivery and was kept informed of the progress. Good arrangements for delivery and received as expected. The product was great. Easy to assemble and exactly as advertised.

Great office furniture
Firstly, the office furniture we have now assembled is excellent quality and looks amazing in our study. I'm really pleased with the products themselves. There were some issues with one item that was out of stock and the delivery was delayed. It wasn't totally clear what would be arriving when, so the communication could have been better. However, the delivery people were delightful and I did receive a follow up email to check that everything had been delivered safely.

Two day turn around from order to delivery. Exceptional
We ordered two of the left hand desks in grey oak EBS16LGO but were out of stock, after a telephone call with Laura she kindly sent links to alternatives and we finalised on the Light oak, order confirmed by email, an early delivery option of Friday was offered and accepted. A two day turn around from order to delivery is exceptional. I then received an email from Laura ensuring everything was ok with the delivery and the products. First class after sales service. Fabulous Customer Service
The customer service from office monster was fabulous.
Mia was great at keeping me updated after I called to query my delivery date, and she checked in with me again after delivery to make sure I was happy.
The desk itself is exactly what I need and was very easy to assemble.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that delivery took longer than set out on the website, but I would 100% order from Office Monster again.
