There needs to be more people like yourself, working in this industry, who actually give a XXXX about more than themselves.
I hope your boss and work colleagues see this message and use your personal integrity as an example of how customer service should be done.

UPDATE: I have amended the rating as the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.

On the 17th of May 2023, I purchased a match-worn jersey in excess of $600. This purchase was made on the premise that it would be despatched in approximately 20-25 days, give or take.

This would mean that the item would be scheduled to arrive late June 2023.

As of the 12th of September 2023, I still do not have the product, nor a refund (or partial refund + item) I enquired about on the 22nd of August 2023.

Disappointing, to say the least.

After the initial expected due date, I contacted Official Memorabilia who advised that they hadn't received the item from the distributor. Fair enough, it happens. No problem.

My second enquiry was the same except I was advised that the product would be arriving shortly to be despatched to myself.

My third enquiry, Official Memorabilia advised the item was being withheld, as the distributor and club in question was utilising the jersey for another match. I didn't necessarily agree with this, as the product belonged to myself and had the capacity for rips/tears by being worn again. Annoyed, though I didn't worry about highlighting the issue.

On the 22nd of August 2023, I had enough, asking for a refund (or a partial refund + product). Official Memorabilia returned the next day stating this would be followed up with the finance department.

As per the 12th of September 2023, I still don't have the product, nor a refund. It shouldn't take three weeks + to liaise with another person within the company.

It has been almost four (4) months since forking out a reasonable sum of money for no return. I have tried to resolve the matter without escalation to no avail.

Annesa for the outstanding an professional service I received from the moment we spoke today , my husband has a damaged box to fine the item was damaged that TOLL had delivered not a happy husband 😢, and Annesa was 100% very understanding and got all the information and communicated and got it sorted out asap, she is a beautiful person that takes pride in her work / job and the best customer service I've had for a very long time well done .. keep up the good work . Very pleased with timing of the delivery which was as per advice provided. Communication since intial purchace was regular and emails with photos of the signing of the jumper was a great intitiave and very pleased that I was kept updated with the process along the way and I would recommend your company to anyone wanting to make a purchase.

Paid $2000 for a signed and framed jersey and it arrives damaged and falling apart at the back due to shoddy workmanship

Waited weeks and weeks and put up with constant delays and when it finally arrives it’s damaged.

Did not even have bumpers on corners of frame for transit to protect it. Even Kmart does this!!

Meant to be sent with special requested number - arrived with different number.

Agree to refund shipping fee due to constant delays - not refunded.

Item was ordered for my 10th wedding anniversary in November for my Husband and now it arrives 6 weeks after my anniversary damaged and falling apart at the back.

Tried to ring as soon as it arrived but they are now closed until the new year.

I’ll never buy from ever again.

Delivery was delayed again and again and again.
Early November, Mid November, late November, week ending 9 December, week ending 16 December (have emails confirming these dates)
I was advised it would be delivered prior to Christmas but have just been advised by Couriers please that it will be delivered after 1 January
For an order placed the beginning of October this is poor. Will certainaly not purchase again.

Courier Please are terrible. Changed delivery point and it was to be delivered 8th Dec. Now all tracking has been removed from their tracking service. Reached out to memorabilia who are trying to find out what is going on but this is terrible on the couriers behave. I just want my order that was placed on the 6th Oct. It's becoming a joke.

The frame was damaged - I had to send it back

They are using the worst courier in Australia, Courier Please which have a crap reputation as unreliable, late and damaged freight. I emailed them to say not to use them but they did anyway. On the 18th Nov they said great news your order is on its way and still nothing. Countless emails apparently arrived in Perth on the 29th Nov and still has not arrived at its destination 45 mins away. Expected delivery day 16th Dec now, but that won't happen because I have had delt with them in my own business and refuse to use them again for the same reason. It just reflects back at them and their lack of customer care. Thanks for the crap experience Official Memorabilia

Item good quality. Kept up to date with delivery process l though it was late.

Product looks amazing. As good as the mock up. Delivered with plenty of time for Christmas.

The delivery of the item I brought was an absolute joke it went to the wrong adress and was impossible to get in touch with the courier.

As ordered, great quality. Arrived within 3 weeks. Very happy with purchase

Unfortunately my purchase was damaged enroute, but Official Memorabilia paid to have it shipped back to the factory for repair and sent it back free of charge, even though the damage was no fault of theirs.

Great customer service and I am delighted with the product. It looks great on my wall!

They kept me informed through the whole process from signing to framing to delivery arrived one day early could not have been happier with end product awesome customer service and experience

The product was great, but it wasn't sent to me until I rung the company to find out when it would be sent to me- over 30 days after I ordered it.

Very happy with purchased item. My only issue was with the delivery as Australia Post took it to #5 and item was very clearly marked with #7. Fortunately our neighbours were very kind and delivered it to us.
