Costco Warranty sent my laptop to…

Costco Warranty sent my laptop to Ologic for a non functioning display. Collected by DPD next working day. DPD did have some delays due to snow. But their tracker showed once it arrived in the workshop that it was repaired within the day and sent back to me for next day return delivery. Very Impressed.

Exceptional, Stress-Free Laptop Repair Experience with Ologic

I honestly can’t recommend Ologic highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. My Lenovo Flex 3 laptop needed a screen repair, and Ologic handled everything with impressive efficiency and care.

What really stood out to me was the turnaround time. In less than a week, my laptop was collected, repaired, and safely returned to me. A DPD driver collected the device directly, which made the process incredibly convenient and removed any stress about shipping or logistics.

Communication throughout the repair process was absolutely top notch. I received regular updates at every stage, so I always knew exactly what was happening and when to expect my laptop back. This level of transparency really builds trust and shows how much they value their customers.

The repair itself was completed to a very high standard, and my laptop was returned in perfect working order. It’s clear that Ologic takes great pride in their workmanship and customer service.

I’d also like to personally thank Scott and Gary for their outstanding support and professionalism. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and trustworthy repair service, Ologic is definitely the company to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing laptop repairs.

Efficient repairs on my HP Laptop by Ologic

Ologic undertook repairs on my HP Laptop purchased from AO.Com. It was promptly and securely collected by DPD and I was kept informed all the way through the repair, which was quick and painless. It was then returned to me fully repaired and cleaned. Great service from Kevin & Gary.

My PS5 stopped working

My PS5 stopped working. Contacted Domestic & General and they arranged a repair with Ologic. Ologic collected via a courier. The courier packed the PS5 in a plastic shipping box, packed in foam and the lid was secured using cable ties. The fault was a broken HDMI port. This was replaced and returned in the same secure packaging. Ologic were excellent, very quick, they even packed a small bag of sweets for my grandchildren who use the PS5.
Domestic & General who insure my household appliances were also excellent and very professional.

From the moment my device was booked in they kept me informed of the full process. I’ve had several devices repaired by them and every time I receive my device back repaired, they’ve always gone above and beyond.
