Can't rate the product because I paid for it on September 8 and as of September 25 have not received notification of it being shipped. I did email customer service who assured me I would be put at top of list at about a week ago now, still nothing.

This company is very "customer centric" and cares that their customers have an enjoyable experience, and they're willing to go the extra mile.
WOW!
I have recieved no tracking numbers, no follow up emails regarding my order and no return phone calls as well. It's almost been 2 weeks since I ordered the pants. I've had to go and buy a pair of 511's. I don't prefer them but due to duty demands, I was forced to due to the delay in receipt, and any related information.

Each time I have ordered from this company something has gone wrong. Twice the order took far too long to be processed and mailed out. Once the order was wrong and I received the wrong merchandise. I see no reason to use this company again.

Typically my experiences have been very positive. However; recent order I made has been extremely delayed and no effort has been made to inform me of the status or reasons for the delays until I have made repeated (3-4 phone calls requesting information. Always I have had to leave a message and about 50% of my calls were returned and not within the time frame (24 hr) the recordings promised. I'm still waiting for delivery of an item I ordered Aug 21st. Yet I keep getting marketing e-mails and their website says the item I ordered is in stock. Very Frustrating.

Its been two weeks and the order has yet to be shipped. I would have ordered the products somewhere else if I had known.

By day 5 stll not having received any tracking or shipping notices I inquired via the email in my order confirmation. I didn't receive a response until a day and a half later. They did apologize and refunded the expedited shipping charge but nothing above and beyond. I left the country without my items i needed specifically for this trip. If you need something fast I would find another source. If you're Christmas shopping in July like my grandmother then this is the place.
