Had a consultation booked to be sat waiting 30 minutes for no one to show - emailed down to be told just to re book another appointment! Would avoid this company if your health is important.

Since seeing there response I have contacted optimal to take them up on their offer. I will keep this review open and update once they have honoured their response.

A very professional run company. I would fully recommend there services. I get email notifications when i'm due the information needed and notifications when i've ask for information. Patient care is second to none.

Great care and customer service.
I have never had issues with getting my medication or having my questions answered by the quick to respond customer service team or doctor when required.

The company dealt with my issues in a professional manner. At no point were they pushy. In fact they focused on my health as the priority. They were reasonably priced. This is a great service for men who want to find out about their hormone levels. If they are problematic then they also offer treatment. Fantastic. I did Blood test wrong but no really clear instructions on what to do? Do I do fasted or none fasted, When do I do at the start of the injection or end (Just before next one? Having holiday can impact results (Alcohol, different foods, sleep cycle, etc.). This has resulted in me having to another test.

I think this should be made more clear perhaps in email when blood test is despatched, Just the basics and detailed sheet can be attached separately if needed.

Other than that good service.

I initially had a positive experience with this TRT clinic. After providing the required blood tests showing low testosterone, the process moved quickly, and I was soon set up on a treatment plan. Delivery was fast, and arranging a call with a doctor was easy and convenient. However, once you're on the treatment, it feels like you're forgotten about.

Despite having experience with specific steroids, I was pushed into a treatment plan that suited their agenda, not mine. It's clear they prioritize getting more money out of you over providing personalized care. For what it is, the treatment is quite expensive, especially when there are cheaper alternatives that likely offer better, more individualized support.

One of the most frustrating aspects is the customer support. Whenever I submitted a ticket with questions or concerns, most of them were closed without any real answers or resolutions. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off rather than address my needs.

After the initial consultation, ongoing care is practically non-existent. If you're looking for long-term support, clear communication, and better value for your money, I’d recommend exploring other options.

Very slow to almost none responsive admin. 3-5 week wait for the prescription, still chasing blood test results 4 weeks after the fact.
Incorrect data stored, they missed my initial 6 months with them as a client.

Sadly my experience is not great, to the point that I’m looking to leave them.

Informative and straight forward.

Overall very positive experience. Paid for the blood tests which showed a fairly low T level, had the consultation with the doctor who clearly was an expert in his field. They recommended a treatment to raise T whilst maintaining fertility which was my priority. Hopefully it has the desired effect. Customer care team were very responsive and helpful.

Initially impressed with the service but upon receiving my results which were normal it was almost like they were no longer interested? There was no explanation to the results and no guidance to what the levels actually mean? I emailed to question this as I was concerned about one aspect of my results and so far I’ve yet to receive a response.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Optimale so far. I’ve completed both the initial and enhanced blood tests for testosterone levels, and found the entire process to be straightforward and easy to manage. The enhanced test, which required booking an appointment at a clinic for the blood draw, was particularly easy to organise. In both cases, I received my test results quickly—within just a day or two.

What has impressed me the most, however, is Optimale's exceptional customer service. As a detail-oriented person, I tend to ask a lot of questions because I like to fully understand every step of the process. Mark, the customer service representative I’ve been in contact with, has been phenomenal. He provided thorough and comprehensive responses to all of my inquiries, demonstrating great patience. This really put me at ease, especially since I don't handle blood tests well. Additionally, Mark arranged for a free retest kit to be sent to me when my second blood test results came back on the borderline threshold. He has been fantastic throughout the entire experience—thank you, Mark!

I’m two months in and I feel very supported by Optimale. I cannot write in detail how transformational TRT has been for me personally. I’m less agitated, energised, and I’m exercising for the first time in 6 years, my wife is also more content if you know what I mean.

People say it’s expensive, but on a cost benefit analysis, the benefits are worth every penny .
