Was really good at first, but since wanting to cancel my subscription with them 4 months ago they continue to fraudulently take the money from my account, you don't pay by direct debit so you can't cancel it your end, I've reported the dispute 4 times with them and they still continue to take the money from my account and I have to open disputes with my bank ! BEWARE

Just to make it clear I have been emailing every month to cancel for the past 5 months, each time I'm told by your customer service team that my subscription is cancelled, another payment comes out the next month ! So clearly it is a fraudulent transaction as you are not adhering to your cancellation policy!!!!!

Where do I even start would be the first question?
I’m a 41 yer old male, I have 2 young children under 3 and run a small business, I had put my constant tiredness down to burning the candle at both ends working long hours, however once I spoke with a Dr at optimale and we spoke about my tests to confirm I had low testosterone.
Since starting on testosterone cypionate 10 weeks ago my life has changed positively, I no longer procrastinate projects at work, I hit the gym for the first time in 5 years and still find time to be engaged with my children before bed, I wake up feeling recharged.
I cannot fault the service and product supplied.
So what has changed for me;

I would avoid this company at all costs, all they want you to do is spend money on tests. They will not actually prescribe you TRT. Complete waste of time! I would use another company

Pretty poor service, said my levels were low in the first test and that I should do a full test. Turns out my levels weren’t that low or treatable in the first test so basically got ripped off. Wouldn’t recommend.

My first test wasn’t in a treatable range and therefore I shouldn’t have been advised to do a second more expensive test. It absolutely isn’t confusing in the least, your reply from your staff at the time states “ I can see You weren’t in a treatable range in your first test.”

The support from the admin teammand the Dr is excelent, being able to discuss any issues and get helpful answers is the difference.

So far so good with Optimale
Dr Vass knows what to do and will guide you to optimal levels of Testosterone.

So I have ordered blood tests from them once a year just to keep an eye on my levels and they have always dispached items quickly and the results take a day or two after posting back.

I recently ordered a test but filled out my address incorrectly, totally my fault and the package has been returned to them. I reached out to customer support and got a response from them right away from someone called Sabrina and without any fuss I have a new kit on its way within about 2 hours of reaching out to them. So big thumbs up for great customer support from me.

My experience with Optimale has been excellent, the customer service is prompt and the Drs, well I can only talk about the Dr assigned to me, Dr. Paweleck, who is excellent.

I recommend Optimale, but, what I recommend more than this is get yourself checked out, do the blood tests, because the symptoms of low Testosterone are scarily similar to Depression and the NHS simply don't know enough about TRT to accurately diagnose it and there is a big reluctance to prescribe TRT on the NHS even if it is diagnosed.

Yes, there are a few blood test hurdles to jump through and it is isn't cheap, however, 3 months in and I feel fantastic - get those tests done...
