I recently had an issue that needed resolving quickly, and Mark, one of the Senior Patient Experience Specialists at Optimale, was outstanding. He arranged everything promptly and handled the situation with care and professionalism. While I think Optimale as a company still has some room to improve in certain areas, their customer support team — especially people like Mark — truly stand out. It makes a big difference when you know someone genuinely wants to help.

Service can be somewhat disjointed. For example, I’m sent text messages saying I’m due a blood test when one has already been booked or I’ve just had one.

Great service, the doctors are supportive and listen to you. If you are a male struggling with energy, weight gain for no reason, low libido but don’t know why get your testosterone checked, it will be the best thing you do for yourself and your health.

I have been with Optimale for 5 years and they are top notch. Always on hand for advice and to explain things.

The doctor was very professional and still warm and personable.

Overall, I’m happy with my experience with Optimale. At times, customer service can be a bit slow and processes take longer since you don’t usually speak directly with your doctor but instead go through a customer service intermediary. However, in my recent experience, Mark was excellent—he ensured my issue was handled promptly and kept me updated at every step. I’m really glad Mark took charge of the situation and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.

Very helpful staff, no nonsense approach to correcting low T levels and mitigating the symptoms related to.

Brain fog and the related stresses, nearly put me in the ground.

Other symptoms pulled me away from my wife.

TRT gave me back my brain, my wife and has given me purpose to live.

I have had to stop TRT for the forseeable future due to health issues. However, whilst using the service I have had no issues of real concern. I would recommend you use Optimale if you are experiencing low T. The process and continuous service was really good.

Despite following all the instructions and multiple attempts, I couldn’t extract enough blood from my fingers to fill the vile. The Customer Service team tried to sort a clinic I could attend to get the blood sample taken intravenously but unfortunately it was too far away. They said I could therefore have a refund (less their costs) and I completely forgot about it for 18 months but when I contacted Mark in Customer Services he was really helpful in sorting out a refund.

A service that unfortunately isn’t provided by the NHS. That said, regular checks are made and the ordering is quick. Overall happy with the service

Had an issue on my end with the bloodwork, really fast company. Highly recommend. Mark has been excellent and very helpful with his replies.

First they will send you a blood test to mesure your testasterone. Later it apear you got low testasterone 7 nanm and they want to prescribe you the injections of trt. I did blood test in the hospital and the blood test result were completely different and apeaered my testasterone is ok 13nanm but acording to them I have to inject trt. So be careful them private doctors dont want to make you healtfier they just want your money by faking the blood tests. Absolute scumbags!!!!

I spoke to a different doctor but and even though my results were different than expected, everything was explained well.

If I could give zero I would, the clinic are very happy to take the monthly fee and then claim that some of the medication is not part of this plan when re ordering. They also do not answer the phone especially on a Friday when its clearly early log out time.

After noticing a dip in customer service at the start of summer, I’m pleased to say there’s been a huge improvement recently.

I received my blood test results, doctor consultation, and medication delivery all within ten days — very impressed! I had been considering switching companies for my testosterone replacement, but not anymore. Keep up the great work 💪🏻

I had to cease continuing my testosterone 'journey' after receiving my first 2 blood tests due to ill health.

I contacted Mark to see if eligible to continue and arrange consultation after explaining my situation.

He replied immediately and on the same day had booked consultation, assured everything good to go and was extremely pleasant to speak to.

Before, after speaking to a couple of other members of staff when getting my initial bloods done, I couldn't believe how excellent the customer service was with them too.

Overall, I highly recommend Optimale to anyone thinking of trying out TRT.

I have yet to get that far myself still but I trust I will be in very safe, professional hands given the great customer service I have received thus far.

I had previously been with Optimale last year but had to cease for personal reason.

I was in a position to seek support with TRT again and got in touch. The onboarding was really good, they even helped with the analytical blood test and then a consultation was arranged. Due to illness a GP was not available on the day but a quick call and Mark said he would get back to me with a resolution. He soon called back and had rearranged my consultation for the same day, which was really appreciated and the consultation went ahead.

All sorted and I’m back in the game
