Good service, great check-ins with the doctors like Payal Mehta.

Did first test at £35 and then with the results that I got which was pretty quick after sending it off to them, I was told I need to do more detailed blood test costing £65 before I can be considered. Just a clever scam.

Very long winded to re-order and seemed to be a slow response to emails

While I think its a bit expensive, the result after 4 weeks has been pretty impressive. I got better energy, better libido, amazing erection, anxiety pretty much completely gone, foggy mind significantly improved. Service quality is also good.

Took the first test and was told I have low testosterone. This prompted me to take the second more expensive test to be told my levels were perfectly normal. The first test is just a scam to get you to spend more money.

Been with optimale 6 months now. Really helpful. Doctors are helpful. Been a bit of a roller coaster getting my hormones in check. But once they were I wish I’d of gone with them sooner !! Had an apointment last week an found it really easy to speak to them

I have been a patient with Optimale for over a year now and I cannot express how good the customer service has been during this time. Nothing is ever a bother and they have always gone above and beyond to ensure I am both, looked after and that the agreement works for both of us. Izzy in the patient support team has been incredible and has always listened to me as both a patient and a customer and I cant thank her and the team enough. Keep doing what your doing Optimale.

Great clinic, professional staff, no complaints.

I’ve been a patient for a number of years but over the past 12 months their service has become very poor. At the time of writing I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the to dispatch medication that I have been prescribed by them and that I have paid for. During that time I’ve been repeatedly sent automated email responses and told I need to purchase more and more blood tests at between £60-80 each. I currently spend over £130 per month on their service but I’m unable to get medication sent to me when I order it. There are better providers in this increasingly competitive market.
