Lures you in with fake results on your initial test then rejects you on the enhanced test - Avoid.

Always helpful and prepared to try different (safe) options according to how I'm feeling as opposed to (this is what you take). How you feel is more important than reaching the highest possible T levels.

2 years with Optimale and then off TRT for a while due to a health scare, I was considering going back on it but will use another provider if i do as the level of service in my experience has been poor.
Over 2 years there was an issue with nearly ever prescription delivery despite loads of calls to customer service and notes on the account.
Had a regular doctor for 1 year, then it kept changing to a new one each time I called or had a meeting,each doctor seemed to know nothing about my case before i spoke to them.
This was particularly bad when i experienced raised a red blood cell count due to TRT. I Could only get hold of the oncall doctor who advised both to come of TRT and to donate blood to reduce red blood cells. However Iafter after doing this, I thought this through and questioned how it would be known which of these actions had improved the count? and put this in to the Doctor on the next call, who agreed with this problem, so left not know if it was TRT or if the red blood cell count would have come down naturally. The service and support was so bad at this point that I just came off TRT completely and dealt with my GP regarding testing and monitor red bloods cell falling to a normal safe level.
I have had a meeting this week with doctor from Optimale, after a new blood test, to consider if I should consider going back on TRT. Optimale had not even sent him over my blood test results before the meeting ,I had to email them to him, not a great start.
He recommended trying Tadalafil for 3 months to see if that reduces the symptoms I have before going back on TRT as this involves less risk of the blood count rising again. I was told this would cost £15.00 a month for this prescription , however Optimale have resubscribed me without permission for £99 a month to the TRT program for a drug that get be prescribed easily online or by GP for around £20.00.
Awful service will get money back and go elsewhere

I’ve been using OptiMale for TRT, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Their support team is excellent—always responsive and helpful. The latest update from my complaint about the access data request that has still not been responded to is dated 26th February. I have still not forwarded my data despite the remake in this review that my records have not been lost. So Optimale, where is it?

I’ve been with Optimale for almost 2 years , I would say in UK they are the best in their class and all professionals services from medical consultations to deliveries , ordering they make it easier and efficient for the users. Keep up the good work Optimale.

Treatment is always good however trying to book an appointment with a doctor for follow up is very poor and means often I am having issues for multiple weeks before I speak to a medical professional.
