Great for all your water sports

All seemed good to me, had originally ordered off Amzn for fast delivery but return cost when the sizing was off, so checked out the manufacturer site (Osprey) and found they were actually cheaper on Osprey own website so bought 3 pairs of wetsuit boots on here , there was a discount code I could use and also they actually arrived very quickly, in time for holiday. They were comfy and worked well on stony beach in Croatia. I would absolutely buy from here again and would recommend.

I received a swim float which was shown on the website to have a waist strap. After many attempts to figure it out Osprey informed me it was indeed a shoulder strap. Reaching out to customer service has been a nightmare. Countless emails and I am still waiting for a refund several weeks later . Suppose I’m surprised as I always considered Osprey to be such a reputable brand.

Great Trolley.
Wanted a trolley for a easier trips out with the kids. looking around |I chase the Navy Beach trolley. Quick delivery, good price and so far a great investment for trips out... no more bags.

Zip broken in the bag when it arrived sent it back seller got back to.me eventually then I sent pictures and I heard nothing....refund on its way

Osprey have been very efficient regarding my order. Despite the courier losing the first order and then damaging the second. I cannot fault the response from Osprey to resolve the problem.

I ordered 2 bodyboards. One turned up well in time fir my grandsons visit. I was concerned about the other as understood it had arrived at the carriers but Osprey picked up the issue before I had chance to say and told me the board had gone missing offering me a replacement or refund. They dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently I was very impressed. I shall definitely be buying the next board for my grandson from them.

Lack of communication for returns. A really slow process with no updates unless you ring them. Wouldnt recommend. Only 1 item has been refunded!!!!!!

Order too small , returned 5/8/26 , emailed 3 times , sent proof of return, still no refund. Very poor service

Customer service is dreadful, returns take ages no option to swop sizes. Had to send back then order again new size. Still waiting for a refund 2 months later despite calling several times and emailing. Very disappointing would be reluctant to order direct from you again despite liking the product
