বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমার এক্সপেরিয়েন্স, সার্ভিসে কারো ফোকাস নেই। পকেটে টাকা ঢুকলেই ইঁদুরের মত গর্তে ঢুকে পড়ে।
কিছুদিন আগে আমি Othoba.com -এ একটা বেড আর ম্যাট্রেস অর্ডার দেই। ম্যাট্রেস আসার পর খেয়াল করলাম ভুল সাইজ দিয়ে ফেলেছি। আমি বাসায় না থাকায় কেয়ারটেকার রিসিভ করে।
ব্যাস, এইবার আর এক্সচেন্জ করবেনা। রিটার্নতো প্রশ্নেই আসেনা।
কাস্টমার কেয়ারে একটা পিচ্চি মেয়ে বসে আছে যে জানেও না কথা কিভাবে বলতে হয়।
ওদের থেকে আমি ও আমার ওয়াইফ সম্ভবত ১ লাখ টাকা+ এর শপিং করে ফেলেছি সো ফার। তাও এমন বিহ্যাভিওর Disappointing!
ফেসবুকে নক দিলে, টক্সিক গার্লফ্রেন্ড এর মত একটা মেসেজ এর রিপ্লে দিয়ে গায়েব। পরেদিন এসে আবার আরেকটার রিপ্লাই দেয়।
এদের থেকে কোন কিছু কেনার আগে ১০ বার ভাববেন।

They are not professional. It has 95% possibility of not receiving the product. I ordered a product 8 days ago and they took advance cash and 8 days later, they told me that the product was not in stock. How funny? They didn't even check the stock before asking for a cash advance; after this sh*it experience, they knew the refund process would take 7 days to complete. They have no value for a customer.

Received a broken product. No one receives the customer care service calls. And no reply to the sent messages. Worst customer experience ever. Would discourage other people buy from Othoba.com.

Probably the worst e-commerce site. They delivered a broken product. Now not even receiving the phone call. No customer service existed. You can call it kind of a spam.

Ordered and made payment 7 days back. Not delivered yet, call center is trash, tried several time. No one picks up. No one replies in live chat. No nothing! Worst e commerce after evaly and similar frauds.

order a pen drive on sale ...they send me a faulty unit. after checking the product i contacted with a customer service agent on Facebook... tht agent didn't solve the problem and left my messages on seen...very bad behavior...they also said 7 days return policy its also kind of a scam people... after all of these my experience with othoba.com is very bad.... 😔

I ordered a vision RO Filter from them, they delivered a defective & broken product. I have been trying to contact them for a week but no one is picking up the call!!!! Never ordering again from this scammer!!!!

Order #1387229. They have successfully collected payment. After that, they showed payment pending on the order details page. 2 Days passed, and no one received a call. I am on the waiting list for 5 minutes, and no one has received it. No one even called me regarding my order, which was fraudulent.

I ordered an item on August 21. As the product is out of stock, they did not deliever me the product, however they are not even cancelling my order. I have contacted them several times but my problem is not solved yet. If they does not solve my problem and refund me I am going for a legal action.

Worst ecommerce site ever

Rizco RGB ST 423 LPG Gas Burner LPG (Best Price) CKS00113 Tk 5005, after 3 month nozzle down. After 6 month auto ignition down. Just moderate use for 2 persons family. I called for warranty service, they told me you will get replied. Never got a call.
