এরকম বাটপার ই-কমার্স সাইট দুনিয়াতে আছে কিনা সন্দেহ।তাদের কমিটমেন্টের কোনো দাম নাই।অর্ডার করার আগে আমাকে বারবার নিশ্চয়তা দেয়া হয়েছে যে আমাকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দিবে।এদিকে আজ প্রায় ১৫ দিন হয়ে গেলো প্রোডাক্ট পাইনি।আমি বার বার তাদের কল দেয় যে হয় প্রোডাক্ট দিন নাহলে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করুন কারণ ইদে আমাকে তারাতাড়ি বাড়ি যেতে হবে।এরা এভাবে টাকা টা জিম্মি করে রাখে যার ফলে আমি অন্য কোথাও থেকে নিতে না পারি।এককথায় বাটপার বাটপার বাটপার।

And they are saying now i will get the money back. Custome service is very bad. No ane feed back. So my suggestion is Don't pay advance and try to avoid buying from othoba.

Fake website like evaly

Fake website like evaly. As it was owned by pran-rfl company i trust this sote and Paid through credit card for a blender. But after 20 days they are saying it is stocked out. And they are saying now i will get the money back within 90 working days. So my suggestion is Don't pay advance and try to avoid buying from othoba.

Never rely on Othoba/Duranta.

Othoba did not care at all for delivery of a bicycle that I ordered on 23rd march 2024. After multiple communication to their hotline, ultimately after 10 days, they attempted the delivery with a faulty product. The delivery man came from a nearby Duranta bike shop with the bicycle. However, the front wheel was not rotating freely. The most unfortunate part was they tried to convince me that for a new bicycle the wheel remains jammed in the beginning! How unprofessional they are to say such words. They just want to fool their customers by such argument. My kid awaited 10 days for the cherished gift. How should I convince him now? Never rely on Othoba/Duranta.

I would suggest people to order cash on delivery and don't expect to get the delivery within time.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Othoba's service. Despite their initial promise of delivering my door within 7 days, it has now been over 20 days, and my order has yet to arrive. Their customer service has been unhelpful, with vague responses and failed promises of imminent delivery. Attempts to cancel my order and obtain a refund have been met with resistance and unresponsiveness. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me questioning their reliability and integrity as an online retailer.

Update: Othoba has canceled my order finally and refunded the money. Thank you so much.

I think they still need to improve their customer service though as customers can get frustrated real quick.

They are scam

They are scam, they take your order and then not able to make the delivery. They just make the schedule and waste your time. I ordered an item on 25th Feb and today 6th Mar they not able to make the delivery. Really made a big mistake to place order in such a disgusting e-commerce. Pls be aware from them !

Used Infrared Cooker was delivered

I ordered an Infrared Cooker, Model: Vision 40A3 HiLife on 16 Feb 2024 (order ID was: 1177847) and they delivered me on 22 Feb 2024. It seems that the product was an used one, was in packet of another model, wasn't wrapped by any poly bag, dirt and debrises were all over the body of the product, power cord was old and damaged, coating of steel body was removed here and there, even there was no user manual and warranty card. I lodge complain againt this and according to their advice, I emailed a video of the product status as well. At first they assured me that they will replace the product but later they were irresponsive and at last they will not replace it as it is sold and received by me. Even they have removed the "Review" option from there website for this particular product so that I can't review on their website!

A totally third class company with poor quality product and customer service. Everyone should avoid their product and should not be convinsed by their discount, they will provide you older and used product in exchange of discounted price!
