Very easy and secure, good comms
Very easy and secure to use with good communication so you exactly what’s happening at any given time all with the added bonus of a good interest rate. App could do with some improvement though as it’s slightly clunky.

Can not believe how poor their service…
Can not believe how poor their service is.
I am told I can not speak to anyone because my account is under review.
I am waiting on a transfer to come through today but no one can confirm it because they can't talk to me until my account is reviewed.
It is an easy access savings account.
Not very easy access to me
