I am pleased with everything I ordered except the name on my cue case. I expected it to have been embroidered as it stated on the website when I selected the upgraded case. To receive it with a cheesy stencil that wasn't even centered was a disappointment. It should be made clear that the embroidery service is no longer offered.

Love the customization but some of the logos are not centered completely. On the solid balls it is not obvious, but on the strips it is much more obvious.

Super quick and easy, will order from here again. The tracking for shipping didn't work, so I ordered another gift for fathers day but the cue ended up being delivered pretty quickly. Luckily my fiancé birthday is a week later

Well online the pool stick is color red woodlike.. I fell in love with it. However, when I received it was a dark brown. Nothing like the color online. I called customer service and they told me, nothing could be done. Super cold response. Manager would not get on the line either. The only response I got, was sorry if no damages,there is nothing we can do about it. I had it engraved. But it's not red like was expecting. Brown is so not what I wanted. I paid $750 for a red verses brown pool stick. Not happy... but what makes it worse was the service I received. Horrible attitude and cold response. And just hung up on me.

The items were sent timely and everything I ordered was neatly packaged. I love the Euro blue color for the felt replacement on the pool table. I am in the process of replacing the felt on the rails, and am finding that the material I ordered (Championship Invitational) does not stretch easily and is making the corners very difficult to make smooth. Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I ordered the Billard Table Insert to make it like a table and then ordered the leather cover to protect it. Everything fit perfectly and it looks great. I love it because when you set stuff on the table you are not damaging the table. We had just had it recovered and wanted to protect the new felt. ;) The shipment came quickly and fit perfectly. Thank you for your quick shipment and delivered what I ordered.

No issues with Pool table cover. However the graphic in the pictures online appeared larger than it actually was. A little disappointed at how small the graphic was, but the cover was nice.
