both the pad and the cover fit a dynamo coin table perfectly. the cover is great quality and looks amazing.

Order the pool stick rack with cupholders and ball holders looks good very functional yeah room for 10 pool sticks I’ve got four so far with one bridge it looks good in the room very impressed

Desired cue was in stock and arrived quickly. Was packaged very well.

Took them over 4 months to ship my table only for it to come damaged. Both myself and the installers tried to call and email them, but they never responded. Paid to have the felt custom embroidered which was never done. My advise-find someone else to buy your pool table from because Ozone billards doesn't care after they have your money.

I’m disappointed. I owned a Meucci I bought in Chicago in 1968 that I liked better. It had a better feel, a better joint and genuine Irish linen. It didn’t have the colorful decorations and it cost $400 less. I’d return this one if you would give a refund.

I placed an order for a few hundred dollars, a quite simple order. It’s been a month, I have emailed and spoken to customer service numerous times. I am told it was shipped, then I was told it will be shipped as soon as the order can be filled but they couldn’t give me any details. Then I was told it will be shipped tomorrow. Then I was told it will be shipped soon. I don’t know how they can run a business like this, I would never consider treating my customers like this. Absolutely no customer service and no follow through within their customer service department.

Fillfulment was longer than expected when expedited shipment was paid for.

Customer service is the worst!! I have been trying for Two weeks now to get ahold of customer service on the rest of my shipment. They charged my card the full amount and only shipped one item with no explanation on the other items. Tried emailing and calling for Two weeks with no success! Steer clear of this site. It has really gone down hill!!!

The ordering process was very easy despite being a custom printed item. I didn't notice the lead time on my order confirmation so I contacted them to ask and received a response the same day. I have received the item and it came in a nice box which I wasn't expecting (but appreciate as this is a gift!) and was also well protected inside the shipping box. 5 Stars but I would have liked if they sent a proof before printing.

Didn't like the color of name on case didn't stand out wish it could have been in white

Took almost a week to fulfill my order and be delivered when I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Product was was also dirty in the box. Other than that good quality product, somewhat satisfied

The shaft had a few small dents in it but overall happy with my purchase.

I like ozone billiards for their competitive prices. Lead times is the only reason o give it a 3 star review. Mainly, i ordered overnight and it took 5 days to ship. Other than that. Ozone is ok

I paid for next day air freight and it wasn't delivered for around 3 or 4 days. I had to call twice before they actually got my order pulled and shipped. The customer service was exceptional though.

I ordered a custom 20oz stick and received a 19oz. When asked about my concerns, I was told to weigh the stick and get back to them about the weights inside. I have no way to weigh the stick or don't know how to mess with the weights. This has been like this for about 1 week now without much movement.

I received my order and I love my new cue!

Ozone did a great job! UPS was terrible and held the shaft in Duluth for 4 days before delivering it and I paid extra for it!

Ozone is my go to for anything to do with billiards. The cues I bought were gifts & both recipients were very happy
