Ozone is my go to for anything to do with billiards. The cues I bought were gifts & both recipients were very happy

Only had an issue with one upgrade I had to call to get a refund but customer service was really great and helped me out. The cue is very nice and the turndown on the shaft and tip was very well done.

The product shipped faster than anticipated and was really nice. It was quick and easy to assemble and really looks nice in my basement.

My order didn't initially ship as scheduled, but once it was brought to the store's attention, the issue was solved very quickly and next day shipping was used at no charge which was appreciated. Simply changing the ship date info on the website might help recalibrate everyone's expectations until operations are back to full speed. "Usually ships within X days" instead of "ships next day."

I thought it very difficult to actually place my order and it ws a bit long in delivery time.

Great follow up. Some times the case is a throw-in, not here. Good prices.

I ordered a Billiard cue shaft and a couple of weights for a cue stick. the weights were shipped immediately and the Billiard shaft was drop shipped by another company. The Cuetek Synergy Billiard Shaft came very well packaged to prevent damage. It took 2 weeks for delivery ,but to be fair somewhere during the ordering process it said it would be one to two weeks for delivery. All and all it was a good experience ordering from Ozone Billiards.
