Paid for next day delivery and only got the parcel three days later. Horrible service, no explanation, boxes are not durable, not great at all. Would never use them again.

Excellent company who I would recommend for when moving house. I ordered boxes, bubble wrap and tape. All were of great quality and arrived on time. One of my boxes wasn’t delivered so I emailed them and they kindly sent me another one the next day.

Overall recieved my order without damage, the only issue I have is that I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it till 5 days later. Understandably I did order on a weekend Saturday and we did have a bank Holiday as well but surely a Sunday is acceptable for delivery.

Website is very good, easy to make an order and very prompt delivery. boxes are a very good size, good quality packing tape and the bubble wrap was just the right amount

Boxes arrived the very next day- less than 24 hours from ordering. Plans changed so have not opened the package yet but expect these double-walled boxes to be perfect for moving and storing my precious books safely.

Ordered boxes for moving, paid extra for "next day delivery" on a Thursday, which they then said was next business day delivery after receiving payment from me, so would not be until the next week. I therefore had to reschedule the delivery with UPS to a day that worked. When this day arrived the boxes did not, and UPS said the address needed updating, without giving an option to update it. I have checked the receipt and I gave Packing Solution the complete address.
I emailed the company over two weeks ago to ask for a refund but have had no reply.

I booked next day delivery as I was moving it came a week later after 6 emails were sent to cancel the order by the time the boxes came it was too late

Ordered boxes delivery was meant to be 3rd of May. No delivery. Left a few days, still no delivery. Have now called and emailed twice with no response. Needed these ASAP to ship items to Australia! Now i want a refund and still cant get anyone to answer the phone or return emails! AVOID!!
