The product arrived as ordered but was not delivered to the correct address. That is the fault of the delivery company

The products were good. The delivery was left outside the front door when the instructions clearly stated on the boxes that items should be left I the garden as no one would be there until the next day. Not the fault of packing solutions, was UPS that did not follow instructions.

I'd suggest avoiding this company. I paid for next day delivery. But, it is not truly NEXT DAY. They don't deliver on a w/end so my parcel will not arrive next day. But they took the payment from my account straight away. They are a shoe manufacturer according to Companies House. I'd suggest they concentrate on delivering packages from their other business of packing supplies when someone has paid extra for next day delivery. I would not use them again. The person I spoke to on the phone kept interrupting me instead of listening to what I was trying to say. Dreadful service. I won't use them again.

I have used you before with no problems. This time I paid for next day delivery like previous, but the first attempt wasn't until two working days after. I tried to reschedule the delivery (UPS) but no luck. They said they would attempt to deliver the following day but didn't deliver even though I was in all day. I even saw the UPS truck go past. Said they would reschedule again so asked for a day later in the week. Never confirmed it and now says its in the warehouse waiting resolution? So now over a week and no parcel or idea when it'll come. No one is responding either. Can't blame the packaging company but this is no good.

I didn't receive everything in my order, but as soon as this was pointed out - literally, in around 15 minutes - a refund was authorised. Great customer service. By the way, the items I did receive were of good quality and I would be happy to order again.

Not nearly enough boxes. I bought the packaging set for a 4-bedroomed house, but needed two of these sets rather than just one.
