This is a Google issue as much as it's a papa johns issue. Get the store hours right, or don't bother, because it says open until 1 am, but you have to click again to see that this store stops serving at 10:40 pm? Can we have tech that works?

Go in to pickup a pizza it was ready a half hour later got to the store and the manager cussing previous customer out for not having the pizza done the manager was nasty and gross ictching his rear outside smoking he told me to wait 11 minutes I go back in and he says no order which is a lie then I told him I wanted a refund and he walked out the door cussing at me and threating me that he didn't care to loose his job over a fight he walked up to my car as i walked away in awe I would have been ready to pow pow him but was cool calm one he was on drugs or something like that for sure who else treating their customers like this huge liability i called corporate and reported him and I almost called the police I'm no rat I can handle myself well try me I'm a war vet with combat experience punk was dirty guy too went out to smoke waiting my 11 minutes he had said to wait he was smoking and itching his ass didn't see him wash or put gloves on you get sick here be careful reported to both city and state health agencies so they can shut this shit hole down get ready to be served papers to go to court I'm coming hard I'm not done I have it all on my dash camera he was at my car in the lot wanting to hurt me your in serious legal trouble

Advertise a spicy pizza it’s as spicy as my mums toe nail what a rubbish pizza

Did not receive what I ordered. Ordered extra large All The Meats pizza with Spicy Italian Sausage and onions added to it and had it delivered. I didn't receive an All The Meats that I ordered but ended up receiving a cheese pizza with a few pieces of regular Sausage and some onions on it and no other Meats. VERY disappointed.

I have watched the Latest Papa Johns TV Commercial several times and was NOT Impressed With The Scraggly Looking Crew on the job in that advertisement.... It makes me wonder about the people that are preparing the Pizza for my Family and Friends at Papa Johns ? NOT GOOD.....

Waited over hour and 20 min for my pizza ran the store 3 times and the person in charge cut me off put the phone down and wouldn’t answer again so I made a complaint to papa johns twice guess what no email of any kind mount of money your paying for papa johns now they should be emailing or ringing us just want to take your money so keep away rude expensive and no help at all

On 12/31/2024 we ordered food online through store 2684. We received another customer's order instead. We attempted to call the store, but they would not answer the phone. We contacted customer service online, who also was unable to contact the store. Customer service then stated they would send a gift card to us as a refund. They did not and have since denied they agreed to do so. I guess Shaq decided he need an extra $43.067

Called the store to ask for half pepperoni half back on and the guys said no . Because it was a n uber order he also hung up on me it was the eglington and confereration store . Then they sent me an open 2 l bottle of pop in the bag with a puddle the dips were swimming in it , the pizza was horrible, cold , barely any toppings , hardly any cheese . Cardboard! Never order from them . Garbage. Nasty I am not joking!

If I wanted pizza without tomato sauce and with paper thin dried out pepperoni, I would go to Dominos! I thought for a while my local Papa John's was maybe training new employees who couldn't get it right. But now, with a simple google search, I see it's actually their national BUSINESS MODEL!
For years I didn't mind paying for the most expensive pizza around because it was thick, moist, had fresh vegetables and meats, the sauce was the foundation of the delicious flavor and frankly, it was just better pizza.
But now they're sending me this tasteless dried up ridiculous excuse for a pizza!
Nope. After last night's order, we're done until they fix this mess.

I hadn't ordered Papa Johns for at least a couple of years or longer. We were in the mood for something different and remembered that Papa Johns was always good in the past. We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of boneless chicken wings. This was by far the worst pizza we've ever had, and I don't even have words for the chicken. We ended up throwing everything in the trash. What a waste of money. FYI...something has to be really, really bad for me to take time out of my day to write a review. This was really, really bad. Never again.

I am beyond disgusted with the Papa John's Pizza in Kelowna, BC (Rutland)...

After a previous unsatisfactory order, my girlfriend and I were given a code for a free pizza. We decided to use it after a long day of work, thinking it would save us the hassle of making a late dinner. I placed the order online at 12:15 AM, and according to the tracker, the pizza was done and ready for pickup.

My girlfriend drove to the location, only to find the doors locked, the lights off, and not a single person in sight. She called me, confused and upset while I double checked the tracker. It still said the pizza was ready, then the page refreshed and a messaged appeared stating the order was cancelled, and

It wasn’t even 1 AM... and that being said, the experience was a complete let down and a waste of our time and gas. We weren’t even notified that the order had been cancelled or that we couldn’t order that late. No courtesy call, no heads-up, absolutely nothing.

When I sent in a complaint, the response from the manager was the final straw. Not only was he rude and dismissive, but he offered zero apology and showed no interest in fixing the situation. His email was outright insulting, leaving me disgusted by the treatment I received.

I replied asking if he could at leaste offer us another coupon code to reorder, and he replied back stating that he has done all that he could do and refused to give another code to reorder the pizza we never received in the first place.

This level of customer service is appalling and completely unacceptable.

I will never order from Papa John’s again. Having worked in the food service industry myself, I understand the importance of going above and beyond for customers. My team and I were properly trained to deliver customer service that was not only professional but also memorable and positive. Sadly, it’s clear those days of true customer care are long gone.

The delivery fee needs to be explained and stated for what it is, a farce! The driver doesn't get it, and there's NO difference in what the store has to do to get the pizza to me whether I pick it up or they deliver it. I tip the drivers at least $5.00 for each pie delivered, always over 20%. But, adding an extra delivery fee is highway robbery and is just dishonest when the driver isn't getting it and you didn't have to do anything else to get my pizza in the box before the driver takes it? The fee started at $2.00, and quickly climbed to $3.75 within a couple years? It's now $4.00, and I think its more in some places. It's actually cheaper now to order the pizza through Door Dash than delivery. I'm just done with being cheated by these Charlatans! How crooked and despicable can you possibly be to gouge customers for a FAKE fee? START BEING HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Either remove the fee or itemize what it's for and where it goes!! Damn Crooks!

Nothing on this pizza even taste good. All the toppings taste gross. I will never eat Papa John's again. One pizza cost me $38 and I couldn't even eat it. I will never eat any other pizza besides MARCO'S Pizza!!!!

We ordered a pizza and had 30 pounds taken from our account. The website said there was a problem on tracking. We called the store. They said they would put us through to a manger then hung up: we got put through to a manger who then turned out to not be a manger. They then admitted they were not manager and lied to us! They said they would call back in five minutes they did not. We then called six times no answer. Then got put through to the same person they said there were a nothing they could do we would have to contact papa johns.com. They said despite being told we would speak
To a manager that none was available and no manager was on sight. We said either deliver our food or give us a refund. They said they could not do that: we asked for their name they reluctantly gave us there first name. We asked for their manager’s name they said Jake! We said Jake who! They said I do not know. Absolutely ridiculous shocking customer service the worse. Thirty pounds down no food. Been lied to repeatedly, hung up on!! This is Mutley plains pizza in Plymouth! Do not order here! Thinking you are ordering from a trusted name to only be hung up on and lied to repeatedly

There price is. Outrageous now. Got 2 pizzas med. 40.00. Bucks. 5.95 delivery fee. 5.95 tip. Mandatory

Wish I’d seen these ratings before ordering the worst pizza and customer service I’ve probably ever experienced! Never order from Kings Lynn Papa Johns!

Ordered a pizza online. No estimate time given so was prepared to wait and followed the tracker. After 45 mins it said it was cooked and then suddenly updated by the store to say It was with me and had been delivered. Pretty instant and I thought maybe a glitch so I’ll wait 15 mins. Nothing arrived. I phoned the store. Spoke to the most useless employee ever. Gave my address and post code and he repeated back random road names. I said I’d give him the order number. He didn’t listen. Then said my pizza will be with me in 5 mins. Wasn’t impressed.

Pizza gets delivered. Stone cold. Poor toppings. In fact it’s an insult to even call it food and a pizza. Asked delivery driver why it had been sitting for 45 mins after being cooked. He replied ‘we were busy’ and got back in his car and drove off.

Called the store again to complain and spoke to the same useless server to get a refund. Was told to wait until after 9pm when a manager was going to call back. I said no please do it now. He refused and said two managers were in later and they would call. Lo and behold no call. I submitted a complaint online and told the store were investigating. Days later get a reply from Papa Johns customer service with the usual poor copy and paste saying sorry we didn’t provide good service but rather than refund you for not having quality food and service, here is a free medium pizza code. Like I am ever going to order from this store or Papa Johns again when this is their approach to customer service, how they allow stores to under perform and managers who cannot take responsibility or accountability for poor standards. Awful. Needless to say I replied saying I won’t be taking them up on their offer of another cold, poor quality topping pizza (oh yes I ordered extra chicken - and for that you get 10 very small pieces of chicken slung on). No wonder Papa Johns has such a poor rating. Still - we can only hope they go out of business soon. My advice - go to a better quality and standards pizza place like Dominoes. I’ve never had an issue with them and wish I’d never given this place a try. And no - never got a refund. Poor poor service.

This was hands down the worst Italian food. I've ever ordered here. As we've attempted to go to the restaurant several times and there were so many people. We were thrilled that there was no waiting liperiod, but then came the food period ham and peas. The fettuccine with ham peas. Shrimp was horrific. The noodles were almost straight out of the box. They were hard not El bente hard and the sauce was like water. I thought the water that was on the clams was bad. I know it was supposed to be a butter and garlic sauce but it was just like eating a bowl of soup. I do not know how my husband got through it. Like a pre se salad you know what? It's not even what I would consider a caprese sale in any way shape or form. I would almost suggest no I would suggest get better basil. There was no flavor to the base of whatsoever and if you're gonna just drizzle something with Olive oil, then don't bother to call it a caprese salad because there were no herbs, no spices except what was on top of the. Olives which I'm pretty sure either came out of a jar or can complete disappointment. Start to finish the only saving Grace that you have is the younger brunette waitress that took carobots. She is the only thing that remember seeing was an older white lady carrying a tray of food. Her hair was to her shoulders. And she reached up.
And white spittle that was coming down the side of her mouth off with her hand and then turned around and took the dish. And placed it in front of the customer. I thought I was going to die. I'm not coming back to your restaurant too much. Hype too much hype. I've never seen the sauce for clams. Because water down is what this was I'm telling you. It was like eating clam soup with shells. The fettuccine chicken peas and ham. Was complete water.It wasn't until this morning that there was any kind of thickening of t.He sauce, we won't be back.We had our choice to go to your restaurant or go to carrabba's.Next time it will be carrabba's.It's really worth the drive

I bought a Meal C here last night. I asked for no cheese on my pizza. When it arrived there was hardly any toppings on my pizza. The whole middle of the pizza had nothing on it. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl who made the pizza came down to the table. When I asked where was the topping on my pizza. She told me that it was company policy not to put toppings on the middle of the pizza. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. Then a assistant manger arrived and he told me the same. What a joke. I have never ever heard so much rubbish. I never the likes of it. I said to him your photos of your pizzas are full of toppings why was mine sent with hardly anything on it. All we could taste was tomato sauce and bread. He said sorry there is nothing I can do. It's company policy... Shame on you Papa John's... Also you need to train your staff in hygiene too. The same girl that was making the pizzas was cleaning her station, sweeping the floor and taken up the dirt with a sweeping pan and brush. Then she proceeded to make someone's pizza but didn't wash her hands. Disgraceful. I have eaten in many of your restaurants. Tallaght, monread, ardkeen, portlaoise and Waterford city and I HAVE Never seen the likes of this. So miserable they should be ashamed of themselves. Pack of robbers!! I paid €26 for this... Never again will I go to this Restaurant in this location.
