Good customer service was easy to deal with and package got to destination on time as expected nothing wrong to say and definitely use again when needed thanks guys !!!!

We find DPD a fantastic service, there is never a problem except once my parcel wouldn't scan but I was helped by the most helpful and charming young lady. I will be using you again and again so keep up the good work and Happy Christmas everyone

I sent the parcel from the Ireland to UK, after a few weeks they ask me to pay another €108 customs for delivery. Paid, and after a week they told me that my package is missing. Took 8 moths for investigation. Yesterday they sent me email that they will do a refund but today they rejected refund with no reason. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

A package of mine was destroyed without my ever being notified.
This company cast me €1000.
They are an unprofessional, ill-communicating disaster.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
I lost my disability benefits (my only income) because of their complete and utter incompetence. If they told me it was lost I would have re-applied and contacted DWP but nope. THey said it was going to be delivered (after 2 months) last week and nothing. I tried then contacting the actual courrier service that have my parcel and they refused to give me any info about my own parcel because it is forbidden under their terms with P2G. So neither TNT or P2G can tell me what happened, where my parcel is, nothing and all I know from May is that there is a backlog in Birmingham while on TNT it said its in London.... the absolute worst to deal with.

How can this company show more stars than u show here this company is total rubbish and con merchants they lost my parcel i paid for insurance but then they want a receipt. When you can't supply 1 as it was a private purchase they dont want to know they dont even refund the postage it went on for months go on the facebook page and see all the bad reviews they are rubbish

They are a very good company and very reliable. The couriers they book turn up when they say they are going to turn up and the delivery times are accurate. Also they have a chat feature on their website which makes my life so much easier if I have an issue with an address. I recently used Parcelhero to ship something from the UK to Ireland and was so disappointed with their service when comparing it to Parcel2go. The courier never turned up and the customer service was dismal. If you are a business use Parcel2go. It will take hours of worrying and headaches out of your day. I sent the package from the UK to CZ on March 3. I was told in a week that the package was lost. Exactly a month later, the package was found on April 10 and sent back to my address. Next week I asked when the package would come back. I was told that on March 30, the package was delivered (nonsense). After communication, the package was reported as lost again. Re-recording receipts for insurance, etc. After 2 days, I was told that the package was found (yes really, it's not a joke). After two months, I don't have a package, money, nothing. The company does not respond to emails, reluctance. The worst experience in life with a company. Don't take it!
edit (3.5.2021): No communication, I'm giving up. Someone made money. A company full of liars. Really avoid it!

Parcel2 Go were supposed to collect a parcel from me on the 14/4/21 and deliver on the 16th The have not even picked up yet. Do not use these. I have paid 38eur .These are a scam company

less than ZERO...RUBBISH....
Never, ever use this company. They simply don't care and you cant contact them.
2nd time I have had failed collection even when the people are on site waiting for the driver to turn up.
I have lost money using this RUBBISH service.
Do yourself a favour, pay a couple of pounds more and get a real company.

A parcel I was sending to Italy disappeared after it was picked up by Hermes from my home on the 8th Jan 2020.It never arrived at it's destination.In early jan 2021 I made a claim for the cost of my parcel. After many emails and sending documents( 1 of which had to be sent from the recipient saying the item had not arrived)even tho' it stated on the tracing site that it did not show at the depot. I was refunded eventually the costs on 9th March. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and will not use them again.

Just avoid them !!!! I sent a parcel to my friend abroad 1kg paid £14.95 ... NO INFORMATION OR WORNINGS ABOUT TAX WHAT WILL NEED TO PAY ! Or atleast any info .... my friend received message what need to paid for tax €21.50 .... f.ck sake ?!!! All together over £30 for 1kg parcel?!!! I was able to send by post and much cheaper!! 1kg parcel
