There was a slightly stressful situation at one point, but I was kept informed throughout and updated as soon as possible. Abbie and Cameron were both transparent and proactive, which I really appreciated.
Overall, they made the process feel much smoother and far less stressful than it could have been.
Thank you both for all your help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I managed my portfolio of residential properties in Newcastle on Tyne myself for 45 years. In 2023 I passed the management over to Pat Robson & Co in Newcastle upon Tyne. The manager who looks after my properties is Laura Young. She is truly excellent and highly efficent , and so very well qualified for this work. I also find all the staff at Pat Robson most supportive.

I've worked with Pat Robson & Co best part of a year now as a cleaning contractor. The company as a whole are organised, always communicate clearly on what works are needed, pay promptly and offer lots of work.
I've worked mostly with Georgie one of the property managers on communal block cleaning, which has been a great experience she's only just a phone call away to answer any questions.

Pat Robson Estate Agents have been managing my properties since 2008. During all these years I found them so efficient that I never had any void period except for 3 or 4 days at the EOT for cleaning and minor repairs if needed. All the staff is prompt to attend to your queries and problems if any. Three monthly inspections have taken a lot of burden from my shoulders. Payments are made on the same day when received. I, therefore, have no hesitation to strongly recommend them to any new or established landlord to engage them to manage their properties.

Ive worked with Pat Robson for over 5 years now as a gas engineer. They’re a great company to get work through, organised, pay quickly and the property management team are always around to answer questions honestly. I work a lot with one of the property managers Georgie who is friendly, really quick to respond and is responsive to calls and messages

PAT ROBSON JESMOND Katherine Macgregor Branch Manager reluctant to follow her own letting procedure. Abbie Percival her letting employee did not follow up on message from Goodlord reference agency.I failed ID check taking photo passport and selfie 1645 day before but failed miserably to contact customer me late on 20/3/26 Friday. This was move in day so should been priority to sort it out. Was under impression no problems.She just not bothered and give me attitude and me sort it out after 5 attempts this and pay monies in bank over a weekend when no banks are open. Abbie instructing me to pay full money and refused change date because her not dealing with problems.Offered to pay cash on Friday she declined and pay on card machine also which found out on Monday 23/3/26 at 1630 by Katherine is available not good. Move in date was pushed to this day and she said I can travel from low fell to JESMOND in rush hour get there before close to pay with monies either on laptop or card machine but if later would not release keys till it clear. After all this Katherine DIRECTOR company took no blame what so ever for all mistakes of GOODLORD and her branch staff and her responsibilities get me in flat. She then brushed complaints away not acceptable and did zero to resolve it. Both them hanged up on phone in calls with me totally unprofessional service and Abbie lied about her version of events and I have emails to prove it. Do not use this agent honestly for letting sit sales for that matter totally incompetent astonished of lack leadership in this branch accountability.
As you can gather got call 900am 24/3/26 that cancelled tenancy and no resolve from this Director shocking and she just hanged up on phone like Abbie employee which told me she was Manager branch which was not true. No trust here and not admit mistakes to potential tenant. Do not rent with this company or branch.
Seems Branch not got standards and not resolved complaints at all. How you DIRECTOR or Manager I do not know. Waste of time talking to you did nothing make this customer happy with service and experience with Pat Robson Est agent JESMOND.

Pat Robson have been awful to deal with when things went wrong in our Jesmond flat. They were slow to respond initially, ignored what we were saying, and unhelpful at all times. Avoid them if you can .

We've had a leak coming into our flat for 10 days now. It has been an ongoing problem for a few months, but has been more serious over the last 10 days. It is accompanied by a blue green and yellow stain. This used to be small and was painted over a couple of times but is now over a foot in diameter and getting larger as the leaking area grows.
It's not possible to speak to anyone from Pat Robson over the phone or email them. Tenants have to use an online messaging system and messages are quite often ignored. Pat Robson haven't sent anyone round since their last person a couple of weeks ago who said they would just paint over the ceiling because they didn't know where the leak was coming from. We have two buckets under the leaks, and it's difficult for our daughters to get any sleep in that room now, as there's a continuous dripping and splatting sound all night. They've been sleeping with us.
It was just the one drip a week ago. Now it's five or six. There are small rivulets running down the walls. Complete radio silence from Pat Robson.
There are now also brown marks spreading along where the wooden lats in the ceiling run, and the property is getting progressively more damaged. I'm pretty sure the landlord would be extremely distressed if they know what was happening. Of course, the water is probably seeping into the joists and other beams, and if this goes on much longer, they may need to pull the ceiling down (or the floor up in the flat above) to inspect or repair the damage if these start to rot.
Out latest messages have been completely ignored. The last response we got to a message before that was that there was no point sending someone round when it was raining. I suppose there would have been a risk of them being able to see where the water was coming in.
I suspect there's a danger this will cost the landlord a large amount of money to put right now that it's been mismanaged for so long.
Very poor. Best to avoid.

I can honestly say the service from Pat Robson has gone above and beyond anything else I’ve experienced.
They’ve managed our rental property for the past five years and have been consistently reliable, proactive and genuinely caring throughout. Communication has always been clear, issues are handled quickly and professionally, and it’s been obvious they actually take pride in doing things properly.
I’ve been super impressed with the team and just wanted to say a genuine thank you for making the whole process so easy and stress-free over such a long period of time. Highly recommend.
