Arrived on time with easy to follow instructions, assembly was a simple affair with just hammer and screwdrivers. All parts fitted perfectly and the finished articles are solid and stable. Good quality furniture especially at the price.

Easy to build, looks fabulous and all nicely filled with clothes :)

Furniture was delivered within a few days of ordering. Really good quality. I had a problem with one of the bedside cabinets and they sorted it out within a few days. Very good service. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The furniture is so easy to put together and the delivery was on time.
But left it all in my flats in the hallway. Had to carry it up the stairs..apart from that it's great..and it looks nice

Excellent product & service, great price. Some of the negative reviews on the drawer fronts being only dowels to fix them on are out of date as my drawers had dowels and screw cam locks making them very secure.

My order arrived so quickly I was taken by surprise. Furniture panels arrived in perfect condition and everything was really easy to assemble. Had to request a replacement drawer runner due to a minor fault and some extra locking screw bolts and these arrived the next day with an apology. Very happy with my purchase and I have no hesitation in recommending Payless Furniture.

The furniture did take longer thank I expected for it to get to me. Maybe I was too anxious to receive it.
However, Payless Furniture corresponded regular with updates on the order and delivery.
They did give dates and my items arrived on the specified dates.
It would have been helpful to have received a text or phone call on the day to give an estimated time though. I believed that was the arrangement, but I didn't get any such notice.
The product itself was good. Easy assembly. Looks nice.
Generally pleased with the full service.
