New living room carpet fitted by two very professional and pleasant guys (Stuart and Joe). First class job, we’re very happy.

We have been looking at Fama sofa options with Alex Critchlow, a Sales Assistant at Ponsford. He is well versed in interior design and would be perfect to assist if you know exactly what you're looking for, or is great at giving suggestions if you are open to ideas. A complete furniture nerd (in the best way), would recommend completely from a customer service standpoint.

Our salesman Gavin was very informative and listened to our needs. The service was excellent. Well done Ponsford.

We visited Ponsfords today to look for 2 new sofas. We had certain requirements regarding size, fabric choice and reclining capability. We were warmly greeted by Andrew who certainly knew his stuff. He was friendly, approachable and professional and helped us a great deal. Thanks Andrew looking forward to the sofas arrival.

We have bought from Ponsford LTD for years so when we wanted a new suite, that’s where we went. We were looked after by Hakima, who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. There were loads of options in terms of size, cushions, material etc and she spent a lot of time with us going through which would be best in terms of the look we were trying to achieve. It’s currently being made and we can’t wait for delivery. We can’t recommend Hakima enough, she definitely knows what she’s talking about.

Andrew clearly understood my sleep and comfort requirements and allowed me ample time, including a coffee, to come to the best decision for me.
Looking forward to the delivery of my new matress and removal and recycling of the old one.

Craig and Steve were excellent. It was a difficult job getting the new sofa into the house but they managed it. They also put rugs down and removed and later put a lampshade in the hall back. Very friendly and professional and are a real asset to the firm.

Another great delivery from Ponsfords, it arrived in the given timeslot, the delivery drivers Craig and Steve were brilliant so respectful of my property, delivered the new sofas with care and explained the aftercare. The sofas are amazing quality and style, I cannot recommend this store enough.

Ponsford recently supplied and fitted our bedroom carpet. Every aspect was excellent - from Karl’s excellent advice when we were choosing the carpet through to the expert fitting by Stuart and Will. Thank you everybody.

Ponsfords are always brilliant

We ordered marble coffee tables. When they arrived at the distribution centre it was noticed that there was a very small chip out of one of them. The lady at the centre informed us and said they would order a replacement but we could use the set until the replacement arrived. This has happened and the delivery guys brought the replacement today. They unpacked the table and made sure we checked it over and were satisfied before they left. Everyone we have dealt with have been very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you.

2nd phase of fitting yesterday and yet again top quality service from the fitters Stuart, Will and Joe who overcame a few issues to deliver a great job.

Our purchases from Ponsfords “special event” were delivered today. An ex display, Stressless Dining Suite, absolutely stunning colour, it makes me smile every time I look at it. And at a great price! Also a bed settee that was ordered especially for us, with a substantial ‘on the day’ discount for our new ground floor en suite. Dave and Steve were the dream team for delivery!!! Explaining how the bed frame works, making sure I knew how to pull and push and the resistance to expect. As the decor is not quite complete they also made sure it was fully re-wrapped and I had enough wrapping to keep it protected! until the decorating is complete. The placement was exactly where it needed to be. Great re-assurance, that my spur of the moment purchase!!! was a good decision. Thanks Dave, Steve, great service to the last minute!!! It wasn’t our first purchase from Ponsfords and hopefully it won’t be our last 😃

From the time we entered the store we have received excellent service throughout. Sales team were very helpful and friendly, with excellent knowledge of products. Delivery team were brilliant, couldn’t have been more helpful. Went way over and beyond to accommodate us.
Really can’t praise all the staff enough and will definitely be going there in the near future for all our purchases.

Since posting about my problems with a G plan sofa, Ponsfords have been in touch and have tried to help me out, which was greatly appreciated.
The staff have always been extremely courteous and friendly whilst still being professional, after a lot of thought, it has been my decision not to take them up on their very kind offer.
Stephen in particular deserves a mention for his patience and helpfulness.
