PBS Pet Travel made the whole process simple and straightforward. A few hiccups at my end caused considerable extra work for PBS which was all handled with remarkable patience and calmness.

Sophie from PBS is an absolute pleasure to work with in relocating our two senior beagles mixed dachshunds from U.K. to Singapore. We are so glad we called PBS and got Sophie on the line. Ever since the 1st time we spoke, we have received efficient, friendly, reassuring services from Sophie. Our dogs arrived safely as planned and Sophie handled all the details and took away all the stress normally associated with shipping our most beloved pets overseas! Our dogs have now traveled from Hong Kong to Canada back to Hong Kong, then they have moved to U.K., and now Singapore. We can for sure say this move has been the easiest because of Sophie! Thank you! A truly 5 star company! We recently emigrated from the UK to Florida and I spent many weeks looking for a company I felt happy with to transport Lennie our Beagle over. PBS were the most helpful, cost competitive company I spoke with, I did price up organising ourselves and there really was hardly any difference. The whole process was easy, all my questions were answered immediately. The crate arrived with all necessary bits, we dropped Lennie off with ease (we used Virgin) he was on the same flight as us, again this was easy to arrange. When we arrived the other end, I had forgotten to take note of the address to collect Lennie in the chaos of moving abroad... couldn’t find the email on my phone with the address on.... so we just called the out of hours emergency number and within 5 mins a new email was sat there with all the info I needed!

The first time I moved overseas, I tried one company to help get my dog over and it quickly became the most stressful part of the move. I ended up canceling that company's service and switching to PBS, who fixed a two week long nightmare in just 8 hours! So when I had to move back they were my obvious first choice. Once again, PBS did a fantastic job! They were prompt with replies, super clear in directions and all around extremely helpful. Once a quote was given and paid, it was like the process was on autopilot for me. I literally didn't have to worry about a single thing. They provided frequent updates and on the day of shipping, even went out of their way to fix my crate at no extra cost so it would satisfy the airline. I even got texts as they took care of my dog and custom directions for picking him up on the other side. I HIGHLY recommend their service-- using anyone else would be a mistake!

Couldn't have asked for a better service. The crate built for my dog was sturdy and looked comfortable. She was picked up and taken to the airport by a very kind man. Everything I needed to do was explained to me and my dog arrived safely to me the same day she was picked up. From start to finish everything went smoothly and would certainly recommend them.

This was a great and easy process to get my pups back to the states. Always kept me updated and responded quickly when I had questions. Highly recommend them for military families sending family pets back to the US.

PBS provided a great service, I would highly recommend them. I had no stress at all in getting my new puppy from UK to HK.

We used PBS to bring our Miniature Dachshund, Pepper, when relocating to the USA. The service was fantastic; very personal, responsive and informative. We were looked after by Emelye from start to finish, who guided us through the process and ensured Pepper was well prepared for travel. Everything was taken care of including Pick-Up, Boarding & Check-In. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from PBS, Lucy Bay was my import agent and I was constantly emailing her asking questions and she was always so helpful and responsive. It was my first time importing a pet and Lucy was just great from start to finish which made me feel at ease. Can’t thank her and PBS enough.

We use PBS Pet travel every year to send our dog to USA for six months. About 5 years so far, all utterly easy and smooth. Great, great service.

I had to move with my labrador from the US, and then back again a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was understandably nervous when I needed to get my young puppy out to the US last year. However, PBS Pet Travel allayed all my fears and reconfirmed my faith that there are good people who will do what they say they will and help you get a job done properly. I couldn’t be happier with PBS Pet Travel, they helped me every step of the way, they were patient and knowledgeable, and completely reliable, and everything ran like clockwork. I would 100% recommend them and absolutely will use them again if I ever need to fly my dog overseas.

The whole service was excellent. We were taking two dogs to Thailand from UK, and the help/instructions and process from PBS could not be faulted. Everything went well at UK side, including clear instructions on the process and paperwork, and what exactly to do with UK Vet Export Licence. PBS put us in direct contact with their recommended agent in Bangkok (Rikted Kennels), and they were also super, again fully doing their bit, without any problems. This can be a stressful process, but PBS were excellent in making it the smoothest it could possibly be.

We have used PBS travel for the last 6 years to transport our dogs. I couldn’t rate them highly enough!! The staff are brilliant and everyone goes the extra mile to make our dogs and us feel at ease. Absolutely brilliant company with first class staff. Excellent.

We were very pleased with the pet shipment services provided by PBS. We arranged the shipment of our dog from London Heathrow to Houston. Our shipment was expertly managed by Emelye Bunny, who handled the shipment extremely well. She kept us informed of the requirements, provided us the necessary documents, and made the process very easy for us. We will definitely seek out PBS and Emelye for future pet shipments.

Me and my husband had to move to Florida. We were very worried about our dog alfie because he is a snub nose breed. At firts i tried to find information myself, and all major airlines did not accept snub nose dogs. Leaving alfie behind was not an option for me. So I contacted PBS per travel. Two ladies that I spoke to were super helpful. They straight away told me that british airways accept snub dogs because they have preasurised cabins for traveling pets. They arranged Alfies pick up, because we were alriedy in us. The whole experiance was amazing. I got all my questions answered straight away and everything was just smooth. I want to thank all your team for all your help and work. We appreciate it so much! Its hard moving to a new country but so much better when we have our little friend with us. Thank you again.
