I had to send a product back
I had to send a product back. I called the store again and the gentleman I spoke to was just has helpful as when I was buying the product in the first place.
My money was refunded to my account in a couple of days.
A really good service from start to finish. I will definitely go back if I need anything else.

Many thanks Thomas for your kind review. You are correct sourcing a wagon to take the 6m+ 70Kg Awning plus other accessories to Northern Ireland, was a bit of a challenge post Brexit, but I am glad we preserved as I believe we have a good solution now for all our NI customers, no matter how big or small.

Excellent service
Spoke to Steve on telephone (who was actually off on Xmas holiday that day) He advised stock situation on rafter requirement and shipping costs to NI which he charged no extra for. Excellent service. Will definitely use this Perfect Awnings again if required.

Don't bother with anyone else
What a pleasure. I found perfect awnings very helpful in answering all my questions, the service was excellent and the goods arrived very quickly. I needed some guidance in what to purchase and they were very helpful. I had tried asking other outlets near me in the west country (near Taunton)who were tantamount to use less, and incredibly unhelpful by comparison. Perfect Awnings were fantastic. don't bother with anyone else
