Perfect Plants Opiniones 

I purchased a plant which is not readily available. It arrived in such a poor state. It had been cut before it had been sent. I did raise it with Perfect Plant who basically said it shouldn't have been sent. It would be helpful if someone who knows about plants actually checked before sending them out. It's still alive, hence the 3 stars.

This business should be renamed 'Imperfect Plants'!
I bought 12 petunias online for £24.95 - so top price,for what should have been top quality plants.
Instead they arrived in a box with no packing, in 2 trays that had both upended in transit, so roots were visible and any blooms squashed underneath.
When I emailed PP to complain they asked for a photo, which I duly sent them, requesting at least a partial refund, as I had managed to salvage some of the petunias with intensive care.
To date there's been no response, nor do I expect one at this late stage.
I strongly suggest gardeners do not buy from this seller, but use their local nursery or supplier, as they are uncaring incompetent rip-off rogues.

The order arrived on time with healthy plants. Its only problem was so significant all the Lobelia I purchased died. I received a big box with two layers of planting trays. However, most companies that pack plants this way keep them in place with bubble wrap or newspaper or they pack the plants in recyclable plastic packs that are fastened shut. But Perfect Plants offered no such protection, so the very young plants fell out of the trays in transit and were scattered in the box along with clumps of lose dirt. I tried to save them by planting them right away, to no avail. These lobelia were purchased late in the season so they were roughly twice the market price. Money I threw away.

easy to order,delivered in perfect condition.

This was the first time I have ordered from you .The plants I received were in a terrible condition all broken up I Sent you a photo. All so the leaves had little tiny white caterpillars had eaten most of the leaves. I was told I would receive my money back I don't know when that will be

From ordering to receiving my great plants, was just 4 days. The plants were of a very good standard and the price was great value, I would definitely use them again

Their plants are well grown and well packed. I have had two deliveries so far and would not consider purchasing elsewhere. They deserve their name.☺️

My replacement order finally arrived. Still incorrect! And poor quality! I've since requested a FULL refund, which they have refused. They have to refund me in full under the consumer rights act 2015! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. POOR ATTITUDE, POOR QUALITY

Unfortunately the parcel took quite long to arrive and most of them were quite wilted when they arrived... also the plants were a lot smaller than shown in the pictures and at very early stages of development.

Plants weren't dispatched until I complained that they hadn't been received even though I had been told they had been a week before. The plants were well packed but the antirrhinums were past their best and not good value for the money. Communication with the company was very poor my phone message was ignored as was my email. I won't be using Perfect Plants in the future, very disappointing.
