The plants were as expected and well packed. There is an issue with using Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. According to tracking data it tokk 2 days to be accpeted by Royal Mail then a further two for delivery. A premium-priced 24 hour delivery would be a useful option.

Lovely healthy plants royal mail delivery not so good .They missed their 3hr timeslot then sent a message to say I was out ,after waiting in all day. Luckily the plants were fine on delivery the next day.

The plants had not been well secured within the box and three had come loose in transit - one has died since planting the others are just about surviving!

The 3 plants that I ordered, unfortunately dried out and died in transit due to the extreme weather we have experienced lately.
I contacted Perfect Plants to explain the situation, and was pleasantly surprised (after reading the negative reviews on here) when they informed that they would refund me that day.
Which I have now received.

My plants arrived all the way from Eastbourne to argyle and bute and they were perfect no issues at all I would recommend this company to anyone I've had plants delivered in the past from other companies and they were all dried up and was not worth these perfect plants were indeed exactly as advertised so a big thank you from Mr s ferguson

I purchased two Chicago Fig trees from PerfectPlants.com but when they came they were severely infested with micro-mollusks. I contacted them for a replacement or refund but they refused. I had no choice but to destroy them rather than contaminate our property. We have invested too much time, effort and money to risk it.

Delivery is so slow. It’s been over a week since I’ve ordered them and they still aren’t with the courier. It just says “we’re expecting them”. I ordered plants from somewhere else after I placed this order and they were delivered the next day!
