I have used Perfect Plants several times as well as the large plant suppliers who almost have a monopoly in this market. The plants I've had from Perfect Plants are always packaged with great care in sturdy cardboard boxes with interior supports to prevent careless handling by delivery drivers from damaging both the box and the plants inside. Even though those drivers often ignore the arrows and 'this side up' clearly printed on the box, the plants have arrived in very good condition, with little spillage of the compost. They have also spent far less time in transit than plants from the bigger suppliers, which often suffer both from careless packaging and from up to a week spent in a dark box and being roughly handled. I'm very impressed and from now on will avoid the mass market suppliers whose enormous operation inevitably seems to result in poor quality control both of the plants supplied and of the care that should be taken when handling and packing plants. I thoroughly recommend this company and will, I'm sure, be using them in preference to the giants whenever possible.

I trusted that my cosmos plants that I ordered would arrive safe and sound and was a bit worried how long they were taking as somehow Royal Mails tracking wasn’t operating properly but anyway my eighteen plants arrived fine and so thankyou for the service very happy

I can only give three stars as I was somewhat disappointed with the alyssum that I bought. three of the plants were just pieces of plants and the compost fell away from the roots. I have been very pleased with other purchases, geraniums and begonias.
