Beautiful plant in perfect condition.

I couldn’t be more pleased. As a disabled person who finds it hard to get out of the house to purchase things like plants I had my concerns about buying them online. I was extremely impressed with Perfect Plants prices and service. The plants arrived in good time, extremely well packaged, in wonderful condition and were exactly as described and pictured on the site. I will absolutely be buying from them again. Other companies are much better. This lot make the mistakes but want you to pay for them! It's a joke.
1. The delivery of plants (£58) didn't arrive many days after the company said they were dispatching the plants.
2. They requested a review before the plants had even arrived.
3. I phoned, it was on voicemail, I left a message and explained with order no etc.
4. I checked the delivery company's website I discovered the delivery was 6 days late (held up at the delivery company).
5. I am severely disabled. My carer cut off 10 completely wilted flowers and binned the plants. I emailed the company a photo of the flowers and an explanation. You are welcome to see the photo, just contact me. The delivery company website is accessible to Perfect Plants. They know what happened.
5. Instead of apologising and sending more plants, or a refund, the company, 3 days later, have the audacity to ask my carer to dig the plants out of the communal bin outside and take more photos and email them. It's a joke. I am going back to my normal suppliers. "Perfect Plants" are pretty imperfect in my view. The other companies don't behave like this.

Web site was very easy to navigate and plants arrived promptly. Plants were well packaged and in excellent condition. Now growing very well in the garden. Would not hesitate to order from here again
