Good product, disappointed in packaging.
I liked that they had the product I was looking for available, but the box and casing came totally messed up. Im not sure if it was that way to begin with or if they should pack the merchandise better for shipping, but it was awful. It was a present for my mom and it looked hideous when she opened it.
