His service was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way and really takes his work personally and professionally. I was recommended by a local jeweller to use Perpetual. My Rolex watch whilst in working order did tend to lose time a little. This has now been remedied and the whole watch is gleaming.

I can't remember how I found Perpetual Time, may have been one of Paul Thorpe's YouTube videos which featured Alex, but very glad that I did. I recently sent Alexandros two of my watches, an Explorer and a Sinn, both in need of TLC. The service is first class from start to finish, from the video on how to send your watch to great communication at every step. Both watches have come back looking great and at a very reasonable price considering the expertise and professionalism of Perpetual Time and Alexandros.I will definitely be using Alexandros again when my other watches need servicing, the Tudor BB 58 will be due soon!

Needed a full repair service on my Tag Heuer Link watch, which had ceased working following a heavy fall and which was also showing clear signs of wear and tear. I contacted Perpetual Time for a quote which was comprehensive and competitive so I advised I wished to proceed and received very clear instructions on how to forward the watch together with an indication of timescales for the work. The repair and refurbishment was completed well within the expected timescale, notification of completion advised a simple payment process and return details. I've just received the watch back today, working perfectly and looking as new, guaranteed for 24 months. Every aspect of the service provided has been excellent; I would unreservedly recommend Perpetual Time to anyone looking for comprehensive service for a high-end watch.

Alexandros provided a fast efficient service with great communication. Took time to explain the work needed and evidenced his experience and knowledge which gave me confidence handing over my watch to his care.

Just had two 20 year old Tag Heuer ‘Formula One’ watches serviced, reconditioned and polished including brand new original and official Tag cases, as the black “rubber bumpers” and crown protectors were worn down to the steel (a common problem with this model).
Excellent job by Alexandros, both watches back to their former glory.

Alexandros provided a first rate service of my TAG. It has been worn daily by me over the last 30 years and has had a lot of salt water immersion in that time. TAG declined to assist with a full service and I’m glad they did: Alexandros clearly cares passionately about his craft and took great care in the delivery and return of the watch, communicated well throughout; the end product is immaculate and functions perfectly. I didn’t expect a daily-used watch to come back without some sign of wear, but it looks brand new. The watch means a great deal to me. Thank you so much for looking after it.
