After reading good reviews and delivery times snd price was good I was confident I’d be happy. Sadly not. I placed the order Wednesday for Friday delivery as our dog was running low on food. I received confirmation and on Thursday saying status changed with tracking with dpd however was still pre transit. Friday no update so tried contacting them and only an email to
Do so. I tried Twitter too but have had no response. Today I get an email with no explanation but my order was refunded. I appreciate times difficult but it does go along way to keep customers on the loop of what is happening. Won’t use again.
