I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the team for rectifying this mistake so promptly. I am sorry that I seemed a little panicked by the lack of a response, but after various telephone calls that rang out and no acknowledgement of my emails being sent, I was understandably suspicious. It might be worth updating customers immediately to acknowledge their queries and re-assure them that the matter will be dealt with within a time frame. I know this would have put my mind at rest! Thank you once again for your service and I apologise for the misunderstanding 🤭

I tried pet monkey for ferret food as my local stores did not carry what I was after.
Pet monkey offered the best price and free postage. I ordered and the food was with me within 2 days which surprised me to say the least.
