Wide choice of products, was able to find exactly what I needed. Delivery was very fast in fact next day. Good prices so happy to use again,

First, I put next day shipping and I get charged £7, then it doesn't even arrive the next day when the address is completely correct, then the next day they don't send it to me, I specified plus the address, which cannot be added more, plus how the facade is, now it is already the 4th day of a shipment that I paid for as quickly as possible and I do not have the package, and on top of that I checked the prices and in England it costs 3.33 pounds for next day shipping and they charge 7 pounds, which is a rip-off and the company keeps the money. I will never buy from them again. Since it is medical material that I urgently needed.

Easy to buy and a good pack of equipment

The Physique website was super easy to use. My items arrived quicker than I expected. Recommended by my physiotherapist, the Vasyli shoe inserts, have transformed my standing and walking comfort. Almost eliminating advanced osteoarthritis pain and significantly reducing inflammation in my knees.

Physique products are generally good, which is why I order from your company, so the issues are not about that. The prices however have become almost prohibitive on this last purchase, which may be completely out of the company's control, which i realise. On this occasion I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered by Evri, who is notorious for poor service. If I know that a company uses them before I purchase, I take my business elsewhere. True to reputation, I received an email stating my delivery would occur in the evening, followed by a second email (within 15 minutes) that it would be delivered between 11am-1pm (sent at 12:15pm). Within 10 minutes the Evri delivery driver rang the bell once, dropped the package on the steps in full view where it could be stolen (happens all the time in London), and dashed without waiting for an answer. To note, companies use Evri when they want to pay for cheap delivery and save money which wouldn't be a problem if the delivery was cheaper for the customer and the service was good, however I receive larger, heavier parcels from another company who uses DPD, for which I pay less in postage and receive impeccable service. I'll be searching the Internet for alternative companies on my next purchase as a result of this occurrence.

My boot appears to not pump up properly on the right side. I can pump it up to 30 times before I feel it tighten.
The left I only have to do it 3-5 times.

The item ordered arrived in good time and was as I expected it to be.

I have used the insoles before, so knew what to expect. Really quick delivery. Will use physique again.

Prompt delivery and hopefully the heel lifts will help with my leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. I have tried in one pair of shoes and it did feel better.

Had trouble with paying order as when I had to go to bank website, order started again. I eventually managed after I created a login. I had wanted the ordinary delivery but somehow after the back and froing it had changed to overnight delivery and cost extra. Unfortunately my friend was away for days of delivery but Evri driver was able to leave in safe place on 3rd delivery. Saying that, the product is great and at a competetive price.

Made my first purchase. Item arrived damaged by the couriers and some contents missing. Staff were super helpful and sent the missing items out straight away.
Will use again.

The next day delivery was excellent even though I hadn't paid for priority postage.
