It was not well advertised that these are not bands but lengths and you need to tie the ends etc. Not what i was looking for.

Physique are the only company we will purchase first aid and pitch side kit from.The products are excellent, the service is great.They might be a tad more expensive than the others but the quality far outweighs the little extra cost

Exceptional customer service
The process and delivery of the order was very fast. However, unfortunately there was a mistake and I received the wrong product. I sent an email to the team which was picked up, answered, and an action taken by immediately sending me the correct item. I sent back the wrong product and the postage costs have been refunded without me asking for it. This is exceptional customer service.

Complicated to fit
Complicated to fit. For someone with arthritis the fit for my wrist is difficult as there is some misalignment due to the arthritis

Pilates Equipment
I purchased two spikey balls with the intent to use them during my Pilates session.
The description helped me to decide that they would be siutable.
The despatch wa very swift, i ordered on a Saturday and received them on Tuesday in time for my class.
I would definitely recommend.
