Very disappointed
Infuriating. Initially quick and easy to book and pay, after that it was a total nightmare, too much to list here. No phone contact after 5pm and weekends, was unable to gain access (the same for a few other people for a few days apparently) I arrived just after 5pm on the Friday (a bank holiday weekend). went around in circles trying to find how to contact someone. too late once I finally had an email from them. I had to take a whole van load home again. It ruined the whole weekend, I let people down, it also cost me financially. Conflicting information when I finally made contact. Gained access the next day, it was extremely difficult to open the doors and almost impossible to close them (it took two people a lot of effort). I need things from there but reluctant to go back in case I can't close them again. Was promised a call back a week ago when I attempted to complain but still haven't heard from them

Tried to update payment card details…
Tried to update payment card details after receiving an email saying it had failed.
Updated and paid on new card within 15 mins and somehow still recieved a late payment fee that is more than the weekly storage.
Payment was due today, and has been paid today.
Update…..
After emailing the helpdesk, Pink storage kindly removed the late fee, much appreciated and review amended.

Really quick and easy to set up
Really quick and easy to set up, and I was able to access my unit straight away, which was great. The unit size was perfect for what I needed. My only concern is the security – the main gate is often left open, so it doesn’t always feel as secure as it should.

Pricing and unable to speak to anyone
Have tried to ring, text, WhatsApp, log through the portal and message on Facebook. Impossible to get in contact.
Trying to cancel before even accessing the unit due to other many reviews regarding pricing hiking up and would rather not move all of my contents into this only to then need to move back out once they start increasing the pricing the way other customers have said. I need to know what will be paying going forward and not be hit with a bill that is out of my price range.
Can someone please get in contact to cancel my unit and refund me. I can not upload an image of the unit clean and empty as I have not even accessed the site and tried to contact/cancel within an hour or 2 of putting the deposit down.

Thank you for your email.
I can see that your messages were sent at around 1am on Saturday morning when our office was closed and no staff were available to respond. As soon as your request was seen, the unit was cancelled and a refund was processed for you.
In regard to pricing, we offer a discounted introductory rate for the first 8 weeks, after which the unit moves to the standard storage rate. This information is provided during the sign-up process. Even after the promotional period ends, our rates remain highly competitive and are typically well below those offered by many other storage providers in the area.
We're sorry to hear that you decided not to proceed with the storage, but we can confirm that your cancellation and refund have been dealt with.
